We booked a night here for two people in the middle of Dec2025. The hotel is centrally located and convenient, with many options for dining. The staff were very pleasant as well. Overall it was an excellent experience and we would stay here again as it was very quiet and safe.

Rooms are clean and there is connected waywalks to the car park (although it's only accessible from 10am-8pm as it's through a mall). It's fairly accessible to all the touristy locations in Nagasaki. Staff are helpful. Perhaps it's because of the room type, the 2 rooms I've booked are in separate levels making it a hassle when I had to move between rooms.

The hotel was perfectly situated in the same building of the mall and adjacent to Nagasaki Station. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The staff didn't interact with us other than at check in. In all, its a convenient basic hotel in a large mall near the train station.

The hotel is at an excellent location if travelling by train as it is meters away from Nagasaki Station. It is also close to the Electric Tram where visitors can ride on it to get to tourist spots. There are many dining options in the area and shopping. We booked a standard double room and it was quire tight for a couple. The rate was good though. There was an odour in the bathroom after flushing the toilet or running the shower (beyond the responsibility of housekeeping). That said, closer attention could be paid to housekeeping in the rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly and could communicate in English.

The hotel room was a standard, Japanese room. The staff were very friendly and there was the typical amenity bar if you needed anything for your room. The best part was the location. Very close to Nagasaki station and the bus terminal (to get to/from the airport). The sights are kind of spread out throughout Nagasaki, but this hotel was very centrally located to allow everything to be within walking distance. Would stay again if in Nagasaki.

Really enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel. Staff were very friendly with easy check in and check out. Location is fantastic, mere minutes from Nagasaki station with a brilliant Starbucks a few metres away. Beds and pillows were exceptional. Would definitely stay again.
