Very amazing experience staying next to a stadium. Our room overlooking the hills and our breakfast is beside the stadium which you can access in. Staff is excellent, the onsen is excellent, the room is amazing and the kids loved it so much. My kids are still talking about it ♥️. Thank you very much. スタジアムを眺めながらお風呂に入れたり、休憩コーナーには無料のマッサージチェアもあり最高でした。 朝食会場やフロントからもスタジアムが見えて、唯一無二の環境、ほかにはないホテルだと感じました スタジアム内に飲食店、スーパーもあり、プールやサウナも楽しめる。 またゆっくり滞在したいです

スタジアム併設、ロビーからもスタジアムを自由に見下ろせるというのはすばらしい。階下のスタジアムも開放感ありとてもよい。クラフトビールのお店が非常においしかった。朝食ビュッフェも相当良い。プリンスホテルと並ぶくらいかそれ以上かもしれない。

お風呂やプールにタオルがありません

大浴場にはタオルが無く部屋のタオルを持って行くようにとの事ですが、お風呂にタオルが置かれてないホテルは聞いた事がないですし、とても不便で不衛生です。 プールにもタオルが置かれてなかったのですが、部屋に置かれた一枚のバスタオルで過ごせというのは対応が悪すぎると思います。

2泊で滞在しましたが、1泊目の夜に自動車で外出。ホテルの戻った後、QRコードのレシートを1度使用した旨伝えると、別のQRシートを渡されたが、発行日付が私のチェクインよりも前のものであり、不審に思いチェックアウト時にロビーで、念のためそのチケットで出られるのか尋ねたところロビーの女性は大丈夫と返答。　実際には出庫時に未精算と表示されインターホンで説明しゲートオープン。　念のため尋ねたのに少々残根でした。

あまりに広大な施設で移動の大変さもあるが、スタッフの対応が行き届いていた。ジップラインが楽しかった。5Fの部屋だったがスタジアムが見える部屋の大半を企業が押さえて反対側の山側であったのが残念だった。

旅行が好きで色んなホテルに泊まってきましたが、子どもが「今まで行った中で1番良かったー」と大変喜んでおりました！ 朝食付きプランにしたのであまり気にはならなかったですが、後付けにすると1人4000円になっており、あの内容ではかなり高いかな？と感じましたのでサービスは−1で！ また絶対泊まりたいホテルでした☆
