Great location in the same building as the bus station with direct bus to Ghibli Park, also supermarket and department store downstairs and very close to JR station. Dated decor, but would have been very flash in its heyday. Firm beds, spacious room, no view as obscured by an advertisement sign.

We chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport, for which it was perfect. We had a lot of luggage so it was easy to transfer from the train, through the arrivals terminal to the hotel. And vice versa. We arrived very late and left early so didn’t avail ourselves of any facilities. However they did store our luggage for the day, the room was large, clean and comfortable. Water was provided along with the usual coffee/tea etc. it was exactly what we wanted. The hotel itself looked lovely, it was in the Haneda Garden area with lots of shops and possibly other facilities that we were unable to access due to time constraints.

Can't beat location which is really convenient. Quick tip - the lobby/reception to check-in is on the 11th floor, not ground floor. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It is close to numerous train stations, as well as various shopping destinations for shoppers on various budgets. The hotel is quite a bit older and i think there were so moldy spots here and there, but service is good and staff are thoughtful. They provided children's towels and slippers for both my kids - 12 and 5. We stayed here for two nights so we could go to Legoland. PS. The days we were there, we received a note about a building inspection. It seems the hotel may be gearing up for some construction or remodeling? Hopefully thats the case! We would return if the hotel got a refresh! :)
