It was bit difficult to find after you get off the train. The direction to get there was not easy to follow. However, the hotel is easier to find if the directions given used stores on the street as landmarks. Anyway, when you get there, the hotel is quite nice. I’d consider staying there again if I were touring places near Nagoya by bus (Meitetsu Bus very near). Am glad I didn’t buy the room with breakfast because this gave us more options outside the hotel for that. There is laundry available and was quite easy to use.

Location was great, just a 10 minutes walk from Nagoya Station and the Meitetsu Nagoya line that goes to the airport. Just next to the hotel is the fabulous Komeda’s Coffee. Our favourite place for breakfast. Room was clean and we had a nice room with a view facing Nagoya Sation and its surroundings. We had a massive bed that’s bigger than a King size. We had two nights here and we highly recommend it for travellers to Nagoya. Staff were friendly.

Clean room and excellent reception staff. Special mention of Ms Tsugi who helped us find the appropriate doctor to see for my friend’s allergies and ensuring the doctor we saw can speak English. In fact the whole crew including the manager was extremely helpful and even asked us how my friend was after seeing the doctor. This is the 2nd time i stayed here and the service standard is consistently good. Will stay here again if in Nagoya. Many thanks to the great staff there.

Really friendly staff, great amenities. Rooms are on the small size, but comfortable. Hundreds of amazing restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment centres within a couple of blocks walk. Not a ‘touristy’ area with no souvenir shops or western fooderies (which is great). Would definitely stay here again.

I already expected the room to be on the smaller side, but it turned out to be even smaller than I imagined. I booked a double-bed room, yet there was barely enough space to open two suitcases at the same time. The location is excellent and very convenient, but the room size is definitely a downside. Breakfast offers a good variety and tastes quite nice, but the service could be improved. It was hard to find staff for seating, and after finishing breakfast, tables were left uncleared for a long time. Even after informing the staff, it still took some time before anyone came. The hot spring area is quite nice, though the men’s changing room had an unpleasant odor every day, like accumulated sweat. It might be worth checking the ventilation or cleaning schedule. Overall, despite the small room and service issues, the hotel’s location and accessibility are truly outstanding.

Overall very good property and very clean, with an incredible bath/spa area. The only issues were that the room seem es quite small for the price (close to a business hotel), and the wifi was substandard—slow and kept dropping. But overall a very good experience!
