Well the hotel only had ome running elevator the other one was broken. The room was not clean the bath tub had sand in it and urine was still in the toliet. $200 for this place totally not worth the money.

Not worth the money.

Very Bad Mildew smell in room, stained popcorn ceiling that kept dropping dust on everything. Only one working elevator for 7 floors…so long wait. Our room was near a laundry shoot, so the housekeepers were SCREAMING “HEADS UP” starting around 7am. Old scratched up furniture—needs an update.

We loved the time spent there. However when checkout came they said we had not paid the pet fee. My neighbor with me paid $266.90 and I told her I had paid that fee when we checked in on 5/11/25. I was given no invoice on 5/11/25 so I had no backup. When I got home I checked my checking account and there was a charge of $342.68 drawn on my account. The manager Jennifer was very rude when I explained this to her. She said there was no record of my payment, but then she said she had released the amount to go back to my account. This has been most unpleasant and after a great vacation it ends with a sour note. She said the employee who checked us in was no longer there.

Over all our stay was good, our biggest issue was during a rain storm and strong winds our exterior widow and door leaked really bad due to a visible crack above the widow and door that ran the whole length of that area we could stand there and watch the water run into the room. We ended up useing 10-12 towels to slow down the water coming into the room. When we spoke to the manager about the issue we were told it’s just what happens during storms when you’re facing the ocean. Keep in mind this was not a hurricane it was just a very heavy thunder storm and 25-30 mile wind gusts.

Overall, I was pleased with my room and the stuff. The only thing I have to say was one of the beds and the room was pretty old and if you try to lay in the middle, you kind of felt yourself sliding towards the edge other than that great price great views my room was clean and the staff was very friendly
