We really enjoyed our stay because of the convenient location, friendly staff and their pet friendliness. Matter of fact, they have a resident kitty that greets people as they walk in. The breakfast was great, too.

The staff was excellent, and the setting is wonderful, but the building is in need of complete renovation. There was a loose outlet hanging out of the wall behind the bed. The tub/shower only worked on shower, and poorly. The elevators worked very slowly. The furnishings were worn and the walls were chipped.

I had a perfect view of the ocean. I never turned on the A/C, the heater did work. A light bulb was out in one of the lamps, after i asked the front desk about it, someone from maintenance was up in minutes.

Beach view was ok but the widows were hard to see out of, only 1 elevator in working condition, and the overall building was run down, including the breakfast area with broken serving items. Short staffed but the manager who was doubling as the front desk check in was a delight! So friendly and patient and vent though she was the only one working checking us in, answering phones and listening to other less than patient patrons. She was the best and most caring and friendly! She gets a 10 out of 10

The room did not feel very clean and the pillows were all very small, not one was a standard sized pillow. The whole place smelled like weed and the people hanging around the area did not seem very safe.

It was nice time we had even though stormy weather. Ocean view was perfect and specially the staff were super friendly and responsive. There was some issue with wired phone in the room and the front desk lady took care of it immediately.

I was disappointed with the hotel: (1) One of the elevators did not work the entire time, the coffee machine at breakfast was broken, (3) the coffee machine at the lobby was broken, (4) pillows were hard, (5) sheets were stained and old, (6) carpets should have been changed years ago, (7) the room's windows were so dirty you can barely see the view...only saving grace: the staff is really kind!
