A nice modern hotel at a reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff, good pool and restaurant. Airport pick up was efficient but the free drop off at the SGR station was late so allow plenty of time. Ideal for an overnight stay between flying in and catching the train to Mombasa

A great stay close to the airport

The hotel is very nice to stay if you have a layover in Nairobi. They offer a free shuttle service which is very convenient. The rooms are very modern and clean. The airconditioning did not work well in our room but the rest was great. Many different food options.

Nice hotel but we have to give mixed review.

Our first visit to this hotel was lovely. The room was modern and everything worked well. We were impressed by the modern controls for the lights and curtains. Lots of electrical outlets. The room was quiet other than some noise from the highway, which wasn’t enough to keep us awake. Breakfast is good. However, on our next visit we had a big problem with the air con. It would run for a few minutes then shut off. We got out of bed and called a technician, who fiddled with it and declared it fixed. It wasn’t. We barely got any sleep and had to get up at 5:00 am. The desk clerk was not very sympathetic, and only after some discussion and a long wait were we given an equivalent room. Definitely no compensation for losing a night’s sleep, even though that’s basically what you’re buying when you stay at a hotel. Desk clerks are somewhat unfriendly but other staff are lovely, especially the shuttle driver, Maggie. Great pickup service from the airport at any time. Food is expensive and the burger we ordered had a very strange flavour. The pool is great but could use more lounge chairs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The property was exceptionally maintained, with immaculate rooms and common areas. The staff were truly standout, always greeting me with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the bar and restaurant were fancy and upscale. My only complaint was the location, which was situated on a very busy road, making it less than ideal for a leisurely walk. However, the hotel's many amenities and excellent service more than made up for this drawback. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay.

It was a good stay and staff very friendly. Drawback was that shuttle communication was poor and we had to take a cab from airport to the hotel. I never had a reply from my message to state our eta in arrivals so had to pay for a a cab.

Short Stay, But Lovely

We needed to spend a few hours somewhere while we waited on our flight out of NBO and this is right down the road with a convenient shuttle service. Very helpful, clean, and a great place to relax. The hotel restaurant was also good and a welcome change from airport food.

This hotel is modern and new, and the room is comfortable. The only criticism I have is that I booked a Superior Twin Room (i.e. with 2 double beds), but got a Superior Double Room (with one king size bed) instead.

Beautiful, modern, and comfortable

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. We enjoyed spending time in the restaurant, outdoor space, and bar, and found the rooms super comfortable. This hotel was especially enjoyable after two weeks of safari and roughin’ it a bit at tented camps and lodges. The airport shuttle was easy and we loved the gift shop. Highly recommend!

The hotel bumped us to another hotel in the opposite direction of travel. Didn’t let us know on the transfer to the hotel or arrival despite knowing for 3 days they were over booked. Also inexplicably- someone who booked last minute at the airport managed to check in fine. Absolute joke of a hospitality business

The property is nice but I wanted to hang out by the pool and relax. Unfortunately loud music blared from 10 am to 7 pm which could be heard throughout the property. The were about 20 kids playing and screaming in the pool. There was no escape. I felt like I was trapped on a Disney cruise. The people that work there are very nice
