The reservation for a dog friendly room was 'lost' somehow but the staff worked hard and found us another room we could keep our dog in with us. We found our stay comfortable and quiet!

Pictures weren’t accurate. Very old inside, weird smell. Unfair pricing, price does not match the accommodations. Switched from one room to another and was charged for a “deluxe” room, it was not deluxe, same smell just a bit bigger. The toilet ran all night. The front desk staff was friendly. Restaurant was updated, sure hope they do the rooms or else lower prices!

The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. I called about early check-in the morning of and the lady said to check with the front desk when we arrived in Nakusp. So we got there just before 1pm. The room wasn't ready yet and it would about a half hour. Well that wasn't a problem because we were able to stroll along the waterfront and check out the beach. By the time we got back, close to 2pm, the room was ready. All was good. I read good things about the restaurant but we didn't end up dining there.

Very Clean, walkable and nice staff However the rooms were very loud, we could hear beds squeaking even. And no fridge or ice bucket left us struggling to preseve food we needed. We were in town for a soccer tournament.
