The lower section of the door jamb for the bathroom in room 5 was disintegrated, so a bit of carpentry maintenance wouldn’t go astray and was not impressed with the restaurant food. The chopped Mexican salad would be better if the ingredients weren’t mostly from a can. Otherwise, staff were all friendly and the room was really nice.

Very large, spotless room. Nice bathroom, very comfortable bed (except for pillows). Very welcoming to our little four legged family member. Accidentally left my rings, staff contacted me to arrange return. Overall very impressed.

The facilities and restaurant is really great. The grounds are beautiful. The room is very basic but clean and it's great to have complimentary guest laundry on site. Its very kid friendly and nice and close to the river. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. My family had a nice stay.

the room seemed big with the tall walls and high ceiling - spacey and white. i liked the balcony area that looked onto a lake with lotus flowers in bloom (in the afternoon). we were given an early check in - Justeena called and sent a text while we bided our time at the nearby shopping centre. i enjoyed our stay there in general.
