The outdoor swimming pool area was a hit with our kids and the property and hotel itself were very clean. Our room was comfortable, cleaners did a good job every day and front desk staff were friendly. The restaurant was also wonderful and tasty!

Best location in Parksville - wonderful staff - fabulous meals with Billion Dollar views of the beach and ocean. Local artists works are featured on the hallway walls and restaurant walls!

The overall stay was great! The hotel itself was a little dated on the exterior but there were many interior upgrades that made up for it. The service was excellent with stay that were engaging and sincere (rare in today’s times). At the time, the elevator had an issue so taking the stairs with octogenarian family wasn’t idle but staff were always ready to help out.

Great Oceanside property

Great staff. We arrived early and they allowed us to use the pool with the kids until the room was ready. Beautiful view of the ocean, comfortable beds. Would stay here again.
