This spectacular Penthouse offers 3,000 sq ft of living space on the edge of Downtown Nanaimo, with some ocean and mountain views from the terrace. Explore the large variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Nanaimo Waterfront is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment and a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown.
