The room features a large floor-to-ceiling glass door that opens directly to the sea view—so you can enjoy the ocean right from your bed. Located in one of the best and quietest neighborhoods in north Nanaimo, this home offers both tranquility and convenience. Costco, Woodgrove shopping mall, Walmart, Superstore, and other shopping areas are all within a 5-minute drive. The backyard faces the ocean and is incredibly peaceful. You may see bald eagles and other coastal birds flying by, accompanied by the soothing sound of waves and seabirds—perfect for those seeking rest, creativity, or inspiration. There is a private patio with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the tides. Free parking is available on site. This space is ideal for winter getaways, remote work, writing retreats, or short-term coastal visits and research trips. This room is one of the two guest rooms in our home. You will have your own private bedroom, private bathroom, and a separate entrance.
