Not good at cleaning

Very close to the train/bus station, easy access. no minibar in the room, wifi keeps dropping out and not the very fastest either. You still can use it for browsing news etc. Few areas of the bathroom were dusty and stayed like that during my whole stay which was Monday to Friday. Bin liner in bathroom bin wasn't fitted properly and just hung halfway out of the bin. Probably if it had been emptied, it would have been noticed. But it wasn't. The overall quality of the hotel is good though. Having said that, there was a very little choice of fruit at breakfast - or was there any at all? Staff is nice even if check-out didn't go as smooth as one would expect.

Je trouve que les campaniles diffèrent d'un établissement à l'autre. Dans celui-ci il n, y avait pas de chaises par exemple. Au vu de la fréquence des arrivées et départs, la propreté doit être irréprochable.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, nahe des Bahnhofs

Pros: Die sehr gute Lage nahe des Zentrums (Shopping & Sehenswürdigkeiten) und des Bahnhofes innerhalb der Stadt Nancy sowie das sehr freundliche Personal.
Cons: Etwas mehr Ablagefläche für die Koffer wäre positiv. Auch etwas mehr Speed auf der Internetverbindung wäre angenehme.
Location: Das Hotel ist etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhofquai entfernt und nahe des berühmten Cafés Excelsior sowie des Place Stanislas, mitten in der Stadt.
Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sämtliche Einrichtungen funktionierten gut. Wir waren 4 Personen sehr verschiedenen Alters und wurden alle gut bedient.

Bonne situation

Pros: Bien situé, confortable, petit déjeuner très bien.
Cons: Pas d'espaces verts vu la situation de l'immeuble. Climatisation trop froide en salle
Location: Proche vieille ville, place Stanislas, gare... tout peu se faire à pieds
séjour d'une nuit dans un hôtel confortable et bien situé.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Chauffage excessif (surtout en période cop 21) impossibilité réglage dans la chambre, bonde lavabo cassée , et enfin pas de parking

Schöner Halt auf der Durchreise

Schönes modernes Stadthotel mit relativ kleinen aber zweckmässigen Zimmern. Grosszügiges Badezimmer, freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstückbuffet. Gute Lage und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
