Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen! Eine Renovation wäre in gewissen Bereichen fällig. Im Zimmer keine Gläser für die Zahnbürsten! Nach der Reklamation wurden dann Plastikbecher hingestellt. Ausserdem fehlte die Handseife und Badetücher nur für eine Person im Zimmer. Die Qualität des Frühstück ist teilweise mangelhaft. Das Baguett alles andere als knusprig bzw frisch. Wir haben es vorgezogen auf die weiteren Morgenessen zu verzichten und haben dies in einem Cafe einer hervorragenden Bäckerei genossen😄👍. Im Badezimmer läuft trotz allen Vorsichtsmassnahmen beim Duschen das Wasser über und überschwemmt das halbe Bad! Bei der mündlichen Reklamation wurde und mitgeteilt, dass der Bäcker und ein Teil des Personals in den Ferien sei! Dies wohl auf Kosten der Hotelgäste dieses 4-Sterne Hotels...........

Never ever a „Grand Hotel“! Single glass windows... old doors without sealing ... and the restrooms in the Lobby worse than any bar around the Place Stanislas. Very disappointing; never ever!

kein 4 Sterne- Hotel mehr, wie in der Annonce, lt. Auskunft des Concierge ohne Klassifizierung, 4 Sterne „sei lange schon vorbei“ ! Badezimmer im Stil und Qualität der 1960er Jahre...Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen... Alle Zimmer zum Innenhof bekommen die Abluft der Restaurantküche gratis mitgeliefert ! Auf Nachfrage nach einem Zimmer ohne Küchenabluft wurde die Junior- Suite zum Preis von knapp 300 € angeboten.. Kein Aufzug ! Frühstück katastrophal, keine frischen Produkte... Wurst und Schinken kleben noch so zusammen, wie sie aus ihrer Plastikverpackung entnommen wurden...Baguette und Croissants aufgebacken und nicht frisch...Renovierungsarbeiten im gesamten Lobby- Bereich, der alte, verklebte Teppich wurde während des check- in und check- out rausgerissen...

Pros: Tolle Lage!
Cons: Renovieren und mehr Personal einstellen!
Location: Mitten in der Stadt, Zentraler geht nicht mehr. Von hier aus kann man den historischen sowie auch den kommerziellen Stadtteil erkunden.
Einmalige Lage des Hotels, mitten im Zentrum. Von außen macht es einen "Grand" Eindruck aber innen wird es ziemlich schnell "petit" Das Zimmer war um 17 Uhr noch nicht fertig obwohl checkin schon ab 15 Uhr möglich ist und wir durften 30 Minuten im Salon warten. Wasser, Kaffee, Snacks zur Überbrückung der Zeit gab es trotz nachfragen nicht. Andere Gäste teilten das gleiche Schicksal. Das Zimmer war ok, jedoch sehr abgewohnt was sicher daran liegt dass dieses Hotel eine ordentliche Renovierung benötigt. Das Bad war groß und man hätte so viel mehr daraus machen können, stattdessen ist das halbe Bad nach dem Duschen überflutet. An Handtüchern wurde auch gespart. Es gab nur zwei große Duschtücher. Das Frühstück war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Obwohl das Hotel komplett ausgebucht war, gab es nur eine nette Lady die sich um das Buffet gekümmert hat. Das die gute Frau den Tränen nahe war ist nachzuvollziehen denn Sie sprang total Abgehetzt zwischen Küche, Buffet und den drei Kaffeemaschinen umher. Wir hatten noch etwas Glück als wir um 9 Uhr in den Frühstücksraum kamen, andere die eine halbe Stunde später kamen mussten zusehen wo sie sitzen und was sie essen. Für diesen Früstückspreis erwarte ich mehr. Das Hotel war in seiner Anfangszeit sicher eine ganz große Nummer und ein echt vornehmes Haus. Davon ist leider nichts mehr übrig geblieben. Vielmehr hat man das Gefühl das die Betreiber sich hinter diesem großen Namen ausruhen. Schade!

nice view, disappointing hotel

Pros: The location next to Place Stanislas.
Location: Location is perfect. All the famous sights are nearby.
The air conditioning and one of the lights in the bathroom didn't work. We had to tell again and again for two days. The room wasn't cleaned properly. Besides everything hasn't been renovated for ages, curtains dusty and partly torn down.
