Personnel was friendly and willing to help. The rooms are spacious enough. But a few basic facilities were not in place or damaged. For example the toilet seat, the handle of the fridge, the egg boiling machine at breakfast. The cleaning of the (bath)room and especially inside the cupboards and all of the equipment in the kitchenette was not up to a basic standard.

This was very bad. Who gave this Hotel 3 stars? The room was not nice, it was dirty and the bathroom was very poor . Toilet seat was broken and on the floor. The lightbulbs was missing , a very easy thing to fix. The breakfast was very simple and not filled up

Hotel ancien, Ascenseurs qui fonctionne une fois sur deux. Matelas tres fin, super dur. Beaucoup de service, piscine intérieure. Propreté à désiré... Piscine avec la ligne d'eau orange sur le carrelage tout gras, ... Arrivée avec un peu d'avance au petits dej nous avons remarquer que le plateau de charcuterie avez dormi sur le buffet pas au frais, avec le fromages. Bref, franchement même gratuitement je ne reviendrai pas. Tres decu de Nemea surtout que je suis cliente sur Toulouse et que franchement ca na rien a voir.....

Séjour très décevant. L'établissement est dans un état assez vétuste. La chambre a un niveau de confort bas, le crépis est grisé par le temps, les meubles bas de gamme amochés par les chocs, les joints jaunis, l'insonorisation très médiocre (j'ai entendu les voitures passer dans la rue toute la nuit). Le petit dejeuner facturé 20€ est une farce, beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est proposé. A éviter de toute urgence

De accomodaties is een aanrader voor bezoekers van Nancy. Ruim appartement, netjes en verzorgd en vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt is zeer goed, compliment! Om in het centrum te komen hoef je maar een straat uit te lopen. Een deel van deze straat is s’avonds echter enigszins luguber. Geen fijn volk, dat jou als blanke aankijkt, vragend wat doe jij hier. We hebben onze dagindeling aangepast en erg genoten van het prachtige stadscentrum.

Nous avions besoin d'une nuitée en hôtel à proximité de l'hôpital Central. Nous avions réservé cet hôtel au prix très attractif. Nous ne sommes pas déçus de la prestation. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, une salle de bain simple mais agréable et un environnement très calme. Literie un peu ferme, mais qui ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir. La chambre dispose d'une kitechenette, ce qui est un plus si on ne veut pas aller au restaurant. Nous avons bien apprécié ce concept de studio en formule hôtelière et reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement si nous devons revenir à Nancy.
