Staff were super, right from the start. Location is perfect, so close to buses, trams, station, castle, tourist info etc. Breakfast was a lovely buffet, with fresh coffee, juice and local cheeses etc.
Evening walk back to the hotel, right beside Le Chateau des Ducs de Bretagne, after dinner at one of several very good places nearby.

Good starting point to city and intresting planes. Toilet, sink and bathroom are divided and has a curtain as main ”door” its nice in a way but not good as it can smell. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The room (with terrace) was spacious and neat. Breakfast was good. The hotel has a small parking garage so make sure to reserve this in advance, otherwise there is open air public parking just across the road.

Perfect spot in Nantes

The rooms are extremely stylishly decorated, with great air con and excellent use of space in the bathrooms, etc. The bed is very comfy and the staff were excellent both at check in, and when we had to arrange an airport taxi early in the morning. Great location for Nantes' old town, with its wonderful range of bars and restaurants. Would definitely come back

I do not want to say anything bad about this hotel as the staff are very nice and kind, and there is nothing to complain about the cleanliness, amenities, or anything else. However, the room I stayed in was awful. Some beep noise coming from somewhere every 20 or 30 minutes disrupted my decent sleep. I guess the noise came from the switchboard (which regulates the distribution of electricity) just behind my room. If there hadn't been such an issue, the rating would have been at least a 4.
