13 Union Street. All New and completely renovated top to bottom. 13 Union Street is 100 steps to the center of town. It has 5 gorgeous sunlight bedrooms all en suite. Four of the bedrooms are on the second floor. Three bedrooms have kings and the other two bedrooms have 3 singles and 6 singles respectively. Four of the bedrooms are on the second floor while the 6 singles bedroom in on the third floor. We have 6 1/2 baths all with heated floors, all marble, invisible drains, all glass enclosed showers, plus an outside shower. Parking in the driveway for two SUV's . We have just completed a three year, total renovation on 13 Union Street with a new foundation, all new framing, windows, kitchen, layout, and hardscaping. The house is completely renovated for 2022. The home is steps to town. The street level has (1 of the 2) laundry areas and a large open spaced game room with a smart TV, full bath and mudroom area. The main level or second floor has a 1/2 bath, eat in kitchen, sub zero fridge, wolf oven, freezer and refrigerator draws, bar area, separate tv/parlor room and mudroom area. The two masters both have king beds and are en suite. The third bedroom on the second floor has three singles and the forth bedroom on the second floor has a king and both are en suite. The fourth floor in a bunk room that sleeps 6 and is also en suite. The six beds are singles and have their own lights and reading nooks. There is also a hanging closet and storage. The outside patio area has table seating for 12. The has lounge seating surrounding with seating for 10. We provide coolers, beach chairs and beach games. You will love this in town location with all the shops and restaurants steps away. I am happy to be flexible with rates and minimum nights.
