Was a lovely room, staff were great! Executive room on top floor. I thought a neighbouring room was having frequent spa’s late at night and throughout the early hours of the morning which interrupted an already light sleeper - however I think it may have been machinery on the roof as I can’t imagine someone running the jets in a spa pool every hour or so.

Nice property. Noise from the spa baths late at night can be very disturbing especially if you are on the ground floor. Room was clean and tidy. Easy access to beach walkway

I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends. We requested a room change due to stairs, and even though they were full they really tried to accommodate our request. I just wish our coffee was restocked.

The property appears to require a significant amount of maintenance. 1. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which is quite surprising. Additionally, the window lock is almost broken. 2. The balcony sliding door and its lock were found to be broken, necessitating lifting the door to operate it. 3. The carpet was dusty and is in need of a thorough cleaning. The only positive aspect noted was the view from the room. Considering these points, the value for the price does not seem to be justified.

Check in at adjoining hotel, free easy parking. Obstructed view of beach as across road and large plant out front. Slight issue with loose loo seat but was sorted quickly. So no problems. Spa bath in room with additional shower in separate room. Nice kitchenette with good facilities. Very close to beach and restaurant we had chosen.

The rooms need some severe upgrades to better serve it clients. Their carpets were filthy, the bathroom shower heads were leaking. One of the rooms smelt of smoking although the property advertises non-smoking rooms. Also the bathrooms required excessive bending over to use for sink use or toilets use. Overall outdated and low cleanliness. Would not recommend, which is unfortunate because the property is beach front and has a nice surrounding area.
