We stayed here as part of our road trip around New Zealand. All staff were smashing, the room was ideal for our needs and very clean although it was looking a little tired. Ideally situated, within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Staying on business and had the family room as it was the only available room when I booked. Room decor was outdated, the couches need replacing as there is little padding/support left. Cleanliness was the biggest issue with dishes and cutlery that was not cleaned well, and shortly after I got into bed I was surprised to find a cockroach crawling across me. Couldn't advise manager as it was late, and they were not available on checkout as they had not opened reception yet.

Comfortable and convenient for restaurants, shops.

The reception went smoothly and I had any questions answered quickly and to my satisfaction. The room was comfortable and well equipped however the general impression was that the facility was a little tired, that said I would definitely stay again if I was in the area. The house staff were extremely polite and very friendly.

Good motel for a 1 night stay. We booked because it was right on the beach. A little disappointing that rip tides meant its usafe to swim from Easy walk iinto centre of Napier though.

Great Place to Stop Over

Great place on seafront promenade with free parking. An easy walk in to town and restaurants. Room had a balcony with table and chairs and was lovely sitting out at night and morning time. Great place to stop over.

This motel is average and aged. Our room had no working wifi or phone that worked & had mould on walls in bathroom. Time warped back to the 70s with stucco ceilings which were filthy. Our couches were falling to pieces & our room smelled of wet dog.

Great motor inn overlooking the sea and only a 10 minute walk from the Art Deco centre. Large room, nicely furnished with a very large comfortable bed. There are numerous eating options closeby.

Ideal for a short two day stay.

Good location being a short walk into the town centre and having parking was a bonus. Adequate facilities in the room did just fine for a two night stay in Napier.

We stayed here years ago and it was good. Great location on Marine Parade. Unfortunately it is now in a dilapidated and dirty state. (We stayed on first floor in room 12). The toilet didn’t flush properly the toilet seat was cheap plastic and pitted. The decor and paintwork was chipped and dingy. The curtains falling off the track. Dust everywhere. The outside plunge pool was green and looked mouldy. The manager hid from us and other guests who were trying to get a refund. Awful don’t stay here.
