Tervetuloa Unit # 101: een, Honokeana Cove'n vain 3 makuuhuoneen 2. 5 kylpy Townhouse! Vuodepaikkoja 6. Kaksi remodeled lanais runsaasti istuimet antaa sinulle upeat näkymät kaunis poukama, täynnä trooppisia kaloja ja Honu (Hawaiian merikilpikonnat) kanssa laaja näkymät Napili Point ja Molokai saarella.

Yksikkö # 101 on kaksikerroksinen yksikkö, jossa on kolmannen tason parvi. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on uudet king-size-vuoteet ja pussilakanat, joissa on kevyet untuvapeitteet. Kolmannen kerroksen parvella on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, joissa on pussilakanat. Muita parannuksia ovat uudet maalit, kokolattiamatot, ikkunahoidot, taideteokset, king-vuoteet, pussilakanat kevyillä untuvapeitteillä, astianpesukone, liesi ja viininjäähdytysyksikkö. Uusi 40 tuuman taulutelevisio, jossa on BluRay ja Bose Sound -Wave-radio Bluetooth-liitännällä musiikkilähteeseesi, pyöristävät henkilökohtaisia viihdevaihtoehtojasi (mutta haluat olla lanaiilla katsomassa kilpikonnia ylhäältä!).

Yksikkö # 101 Tämä yksikkö tarjoaa yksityisyyttä, joka on vertaansa vailla Mauissa ja on vain muutaman askeleen päässä Oceanista, uima-altaasta ja BBQ-alueesta. Kun huoneisto on kaksi tarinaa ja rakennuksen kulmassa, meren ilma ja tuulet täyttävät yksikön, jolloin ilmastointi ei ole tarpeen. Laitteen länsipuolella olevat UV-estävät rullan sävyt mahdollistavat auringon sulkemisen iltapäivällä varmistaen, että yksikön lämpötila pysyy mukavana.

Kapalua / Napili-rannat ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä, ja lukuisia hienoja ravintoloita ja ruokakauppoja on lähellä. Kapaluan kuuluisat maailmanluokan golfkentät ovat 1 kilometrin päässä Honokeanan lahdelta. Tämä yksikkö on muuttanut omistustaan toukokuussa 2015, ja uudet omistajat ovat päivittäneet sen merkittävästi ja jatkavat sitä kunkin vierailunsa yhteydessä. Yksikössä nro 101 oleskelevat vieraat ovat kutsuneet sitä "täydelliseksi" ja "ihanaksi sijainniksi" parannusten jälkeen (katso arvostelut). Äskettäin vieras kirjoitti katsauksessaan: ”Yksikkö 101 on täysin turmeltumaton. Pelkään melkein sanoa, että se oli paras yksikkö, jota olemme koskaan asuneet sen sijainnin vuoksi ... melkein veden äärellä, koska se voi olla mahdotonta saada varauksia seuraavaan matkallemme. "

Honokeana Cove sijaitsee Napilissa, West Mauissa, vain 8 kilometriä historiallisesta Lahaina-kaupungista pohjoiseen. Aidatulla omaisuudella ympäröi eristäytynyt lahti, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät läheiselle Molokain saarelle jokaiselta yksiköltä. Koe Old Hawaii yhdellä näistä 38 matalan kerroksen yksiköstä, jota ympäröi ylellinen trooppinen maisemointi.

Absolutely Incredible Waterfront CondoThis condo was nothing short of amazing. Located right on the water, the views are absolutely breathtaking—morning coffee and sunset evenings were unforgettable. The setting feels very private and peaceful, making it the perfect place to truly relax.The snorkeling right out front was outstanding, with clear water, vibrant marine life, and plenty of green sea turtles cruising by daily. It felt like having a private reef just steps from the door.The condo itself was spotless, extremely well maintained, and clearly cared for with pride. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making our stay effortless and enjoyable.If you’re looking for a quiet, pristine, waterfront retreat with incredible snorkeling and unbeatable views, this place is a gem. Honokeana Cove is the perfect place to peacefully snorkel, paddleboard and enjoy the ocean and sun. We vacationed with all 4 of our adult children ranging from 18 to 24 and unit #101 offered us plenty space to stretch out. The cove was perfect for all of us and the neighboring area offered lots of food and shopping options.

The unit is well-equipped, comfortable and plenty of space for a group. We relaxed at the property, snorkeled many times in the cove and thoroughly enjoyed the landscape of the property. Saw so many sea turtles and gorgeous fish. The complex is quiet and well-located, would definitely return in the future.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 101 this time, and although we have appreciated all the units we've stayed in over the years, it is hard to imagine a more beautiful unit and location. The staff at Honokeana have always been friendly and professional. We spent as much time as we could enjoying the unit itself while just relaxing and taking in the beauty of the cove from the lanai and bathing ourselves in the beauty of the coral reef and its creatures. We all agreed it was the perfect place to take a break from daily life and become refreshed. Of course, there is much to enjoy in the general area, too, from the Kapalua resort to Napili to Lahaina. We hope to come back next year.

Amazing place to stay. No A/C but it was plenty cool

This condo could not be placed in a better location. To be able to walk out your back door and snorkel in the cove is amazing. Use the walkway and bring water shoes to get into the voce. The pebble rocks hurt. The staff was extremely helpful, and parking was great. We had over a dozen sea turtles resting on the cove every night so if you're looking to see some, this is the place. It's a two-story condo with the kitchen upstairs but not inconvenient at all. All the amenities are there, and we cooked most of our meals there. The condo is close to everything including attractions but far enough away to feel like you're in a small paradise. This feels like we stayed with friends during our weeklong stay. I loved the fact that this is a corner unit, and we had open windows surrounding us. They provide almost all amenities you would need to live there. Lots of pots and pans, utensils, glasses, wine glasses, spices and anything else you can think of. Thank you for opening your home for our vacation.

Since I brought my family along this time, we needed the extra space. The location, views and grounds are wonderful and just as I remembered. We had some of the best snorkeling on Maui just steps away from our condo. The sea turtles were a highlight. The unit itself is clean and well-appointed with some of the best views of the Cove overall. It was perfect for our family with the only drawback being stairs if that is an issue for anyone in your family. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this property to others. I could sit on the lanai for hours and enjoy the view which is just what I did many days. I cannot imagine coming back to Maui and staying anywhere else but Honokeana Cove.

We are a family of 6 and this property was very spacious and comfortable for us, actually even bigger and more open than we expected.. There are breathtaking views from both lanais and the living room and master bedroom. Our highlights for this property were: just sitting on the lanai and getting caught up in the peacefulness... also saw MANY whales and turtles daily- had breakfast on the lanai every morning. Loved snorkeling with sea turtles, swimming in the pool, listening to the waves crash all day and night, the scenic walks around the cove and to Napili Bay. The unit had everything we could need and was in very good condition. We didn't want to leave and are already trying to figure out when we can come back!

We have stayed in the Kahana area for decades and this was our first time in the coves/bays above in Napili. The cove/bay has quieter water for snorkeling, for gorgeous fish, and we counted 20 turtles on one snorkel outing. The grounds are peaceful, the people are relaxed, respectful, quiet, and friendly. You feel you are living in a neighborhood/village, not a come and go vacation spot. The unit is beyond tasteful..the owners should take great pride in their island home. The wrap around lanai's on two levels made privacy a non-issue. Perfect for our needs. The bonus was the side was like our own tropical oasis. And the management team was professional and friendly. We are coming back NO DOUBT!

The unit was as clean as the condition allowed, meaning the cleaning staff did a good job, but the carpet is old, dirty and spotted, and needs to be replaced. Needs new appliances, window coverings, screens, furniture needs at least to be repaired (cabinet doors falling off), was advertised as 3 bath but only 2.5, dishes are chipped and mismatched, drinking glasses are plastic and cracked. We love Honokeana Cove and have been coming here for 20 years or so. But I would not rent this unit again unless it was updated. We paid almost $500 per night.

Paradise Found!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we walked into unit 101 at Honokeana Cove, we were at home. Our family was divided on what type of place to stay during our trip to Maui, resort or condo, so we did both! After enjoying waterslides, gym, poolside food and cocktail service of the high-end resort, we moved to Honokeana Cove. The tranquility and raw natural beauty of the bay coupled with the charming architecturally pleasing 70's vibe of unit 101, made it the easy winner of the trip by all family members. We swam with turtles, and enjoyed endless views from the expansive upper and lower lanai's. We would certainly return, or love to own this beautiful home. Cons: No A/C, which was definitely missed. We would have loved to have had access to the unit's washer and dryer, as the machines up at the office left our clothes and towels wet, in addition to the inconvenience of having to wait for the loads to finish. It would be nice to throw a load in and go to the beach. Small potatoes, though. All in all outstanding.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at many other units at Honokeana Cove and definitely Honokeana Cove is a place we love! This unit has a very nice corner location with a beautiful view into the water. It is quite spacious, but other than that It really doesn’t have much notables to speak of. For the size of the unit and for how much more you pay for that particular unit, I would’ve expected a bit more as far as amenities, such as chair cushions on the outdoor furniture, updates, startup supplies, and typically units have a bin or closet area that has Chairs, beach, toys, snorkel gear, maybe even a small ice chest. This unit had two chairs in the closet. For the size of this unit and the space it had outside and even in the closets there’s plenty of room to have these things. It was not there. The upstairs beds in the loft were comfortable, but the other two king beds were not. The Cove is special and you definitely get some nice views of it down into the water at least from this unit and a bit more wiggle room.

The view from the master bedroom on the first floor and the family room on the second floor is breathtaking. We loved the floor to ceiling windows and doors throughout the oceanside of the property. The art work throughout the home was also wonderful. The balcony was so lovely, we chose to stay in some nights and eat dinner there. Every morning we woke up to cove full of sea turtles. The snorkeling right outside of our door was amazing! The staff at the property were welcoming and helpful with some local tips. We stayed in the property with our four teenagers and the layout of the home and the 2 1/2 bathrooms worked perfectly for us. I would recommend this property to everyone. The only minor issue we had was with one of the sliders in the master bedroom which kept coming off the track. It was no big deal since there was another one in the room but I thought you should know. We did not use the pool at the property and the size of the pool might be a drawback for some but the outdoor space of the condo itself and the presence of the cove made it completely unnecessary for us. It was an extra benefit having filtered water in the fridge door so we didn't need to buy so much bottled water. The Times grocery store was reasonably priced and great for stocking up on breakfast good, beer, wine and snacks.

Amazing Oceanfront Property!!! Views to Die For!!!

We brought our mid 70 year old parents for a total of 5. The master bedroom is huge! We asked for a king configuration for the loft bedroom. This was not done when we arrived but was corrected the next day. We also had an outside light that needed to be replaced and was done so immediately. The loft bedroom is very open. There is no privacy and you can hear anyone in the kitchen or living area. There are about 8 steps to reach the living area (level 2). The 2 other bedrooms are on the main floor and there are over 10 steps to reach the living area and kitchen. There are 2 outdoor balconies that wrap around the condo. They had great outdoor furniture to lounge in and there was an private grassy area beside the condo. The condo was located right on the bay. We saw turtles and had some of the best snorkeling. The grounds are immaculate. The pool was a bit cool, but a great place to lounge. They have bananas growing on the property and we helped ourselves. The area in which the condo is located is quite a bit north on the island. We enjoyed this location because there were few condos in the complex and it was pretty quiet. Very few kids and a lot more retirees. We ate mostly at the condo. We ate at Maui Brewing one night which was excellent and barbeque at Imu. Snorkel Bob's was within walking distance & we use them every time we visit the islands. They're fantastic! All in all, our trip was fantastic! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We might try a smaller condo next time. Mahalo.

Paradise in Unit 101

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we walked into Unit #101 at the Cove we new we had found paradise. From the beautiful parquet floors in the entry, the soft carpet under our bare feet and the expansive views from two different levels, we loved our vacation in #101. This unit appears to be recently upgraded with new stainless steel appliances and beautiful wooden fans upstairs. We followed the owners instructions on how to keep the unit cool and found that between the natural breeze and the air movement from the expansive fans we were always very comfortable. Sitting up high on the wrap around lanai upstairs allows you to look into the water and see fish and turtles in their natural habitat. The privacy afforded by being a townhouse on the end of the complex made us feel like we were the only ones at the Cove. We cannot wait to return to Unit #101, it was outstanding.

A Wonderful Stay for R & R

Very clean and well-maintained. The staff at Honokeana were friendly and helpful. A few suggestions that would be helpful for future stays. In the master bathroom shower, put in a grab bar when stepping out of the showerarea. In the master bedroom, the dresser should be replaced because the drawers were not useable because of the strong musty smell oder. By the water so many turtles and pretty fish to see. A few were coming up on the beach to sunbathed. The Gazebo Restaurant is a great place for breakfast and lunch. We look forward to staying here again.

We’ve taken our family there close to 15 times through the last several years and it keeps calling us back. We thought about a different island but we love Maui and the Cove so much that we couldn’t make a change. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The units are comfortable and meet our needs well. We’ve rented several different ones through the years. The kids love the pool. And snorkeling is some of the best on the island. Lots of turtles! It’s location is great as well. The sunsets are incredible! We love the Cove!

Well stocked, great furnishings, with large comfortable rooms. The decks are great hangout spots regardless of the time of day. Would blow the kitchen up, so that the dinning room, & kitchen would be one great room. Would remove carpets & install title. As always Su was great to deal with. A real asset.
