Positives: Spacious house that was comfortable for our group of 10. Well stocked with pool toys, beach chairs, beach cart, toys for kids. Kitchen was well organized, cabinets were labeled, 2 refrigerators, large outdoor grill, washer and dryer, plenty of bath linens, extra throw blankets. Pool area does get sun all day. 10 minute walk to the beach. The owners did communicate well. Negatives: Outdoor pool area was tight for large groups, only 4 lounge chairs. Outdoor table was peeling and felt old. Outdoor chair cushions were all torn. The pool and spa use the same heater and filter so it’s recommended that you only run the spa for 4 hours a day, which is very limited for the price of the week long stay. This was not stated anywhere in the booking. Overall cleanliness inside felt lacking. Carpet on the stairs was stained and very dirty. There are only 7 dining room chairs when the house sleeps 12. There are only TVs in some of the bedrooms. The dishwasher didn’t work properly, this was communicated to the owners and they did have it repaired, but this wasn’t done till Friday which is less than ideal when 10 people are staying in a home. There is also no toaster. The frosted window glass in 2 of the showers was mostly worn off so we had to cover the windows in order to shower without being seen from outside.Overall, for the price we would not stay here again. The house needs some maintenance and upgrades.

This was our second visit to this home during Christmas. We enjoyed how spacious the home is a room for everyone and how well equipped the kitchen was. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Location to beach was a plus. Owners responded immediately to any messages we sent. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Kitchen is well stocked. Enough room for 6 adults. Beds were comfy. Thick pillows so if ya like thin ones, bring your own. Pool was super relaxing and incredibly quiet and private!! Went to Bluebill beach every day. 5 min drive. Go to lot 4. Less crowded. I think it is 6 a day to park. This is not a touristy area at all. Traffic was non existent everywhere we went!! If you are looking for a calm relaxing recharge your battery type of vacation, this is your place. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. We loved it. The dining room was great for dinners overlooking the pool. The layout of the house is incredible! Three and could be four different sections of the house for bedrooms. The adults had their own area to get away. Nicely laid out. Everything was clean. The only negative was the downstairs bedroom slider is broken and does not give access to the pool. If we were back in the area, we would stay again!!

Our stay definitely had more positive than negative. Our family made many wonderful memories. Communication with property owner was excellent until after our stay. I shared the following feedback with no response. Several bath and bedroom door locks not working properly Downstairs bathroom bathtub stopper missing and sink stopper not working properly Fire pit not on property to use as advised in listing Dishwasher full of dishes upon arrival, not sure if they were clean or dirty Trash bins full of trash and maggots upon arrival

We really enjoyed our stay! It has everything you could possibly need – especially for babies and kids. We absolutely loved the pool and spent a lot of time in the backyard. There are plenty of restaurants close by and the beach is a short walk or drive. We highly recommend this home and would definitely love to stay here again!

AMAZING Family Vacation

Our family vacation was amazing in major part because of Elena's wonderful home and ALL of the amenities it had to offer. Of course the pool, hot tub, 10 minute walk to the beach, but the home also had scooters for the kids, strollers, bikes, sidewalk chalk, games, a full size crib - truly everything to make EVERYONE comfortable and happy. Our party ranged from 1.5 years to 66 years and we had plenty of space to have one of the greatest trips. Make sure to get a Miami Vice at the Ritz for sunset - delish!

Naples Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time in our VRBO. The house was just as expected with location, accessories, toys and other equipment. We walked to the beach daily. I think the weather had something to do with the outcome. Would definitely consider using again.

Excellent in most respects, just OK in a few others

The property was typical of VRBO-type rentals; things like dead batteries in a TV remote, empty propane cylinder in the grill. One of the bedrooms has no bathroom. The hot water takes a while to reach the showers. What made up for this was the property owner. This was maybe the best-equipped house we've ever rented, and we have rented dozens. Abundant linens, kitchen well stocked with spices, coffee, detergent, dishwasher pods, utensils, spare batteries and light bulbs, etc. Two refrigerators. Both a drip coffeemaker and a Keurig. An amazing assortment of bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, umbrellas, baby car seats, pool floats, and even wagons to carry everything. No bugs (admittedly, it was winter.) The pool was great and we enjoyed it daily. The owner did everything they could to accommodate us, and we appreciated it. The listing says a 10-minute walk to the beach, but it's more like 15 minutes unless you're speed-walking.

Exceeded our expectations. Most well stocked place that we have stayed. Included a well stock kitchen, children toys and bedding and items for the beach. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Host was responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

AWESOME HOME

This home was very nice. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool area was fabulous. Beautifully landscaped. This is the 5th time we have been to Florida in the last 9 years and this was the warmest pool water that we have swam in. We had two 1 year olds and had everything needed for the babies. The hose even provided us with a second stroller. Great place for families.

Ladies week away

The house is more than comfortable and spacious for a group of friends. The hot tub and pool were the perfect temperature, and the backyard was private. (Lots of towels were provided.) The kitchen is fully stocked. We walked to the Beach as well. Mercato is a short walk away. The Hosts are extremely kind and respond to your concerns quickly. I would highly recommend staying at this beautifully decorated house.

Wonderful house for large group

The house was perfect for our group. It was very well equipped with just about everything you could need, including things for kids. It also had a beautiful pool. The hosts were very receptive to any questions/concerns we had before and during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Everything you could want in a vacation

The hosts for this property have thought of EVERYTHING. There are so many amenities with in the home it is a turn key relaxing vacation. The rooms are gorgeous and the place is spotless. A short walk to the beach, they have umbrellas, chairs for your convenience and carts to make the walk very easy. The outdoor area is like you’re in a private oasis. I will say however, that the lush greenery brings the mosquitos. That was the only bad thing. We contacted the host and they said they are spraying bimonthly and immediately sent over candles and kid friendly repellent for the littles. She was very responsive and thoughtful. We were just minutes to great shopping and restaurants. Definitely check out Mercato in the evening. It’s a great stroll with a lovely atmosphere to shop and dine. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic!

We had a fantastic time! This home had everything—clean, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, bikes and beach chairs. With an easy 10 min walk to Vanderbilt beach our adult children went every day. Make sure to catch the sunset! My family also enjoyed the nearby tennis courts at the public park. The spa in the backyard was a hit! The restaurants and shopping at the Mercato a mile away were great! Wonderful vacation!

Lovely home in great location

I was initially interested in this property due to all the five star reviews which were totally accurate! The home was lovely, an easy walk to a great beach but our kids were happiest in the backyard swimming pool. The owners are very detail oriented and provide more extras than I have had in other rentals. Tons of baby and beach gear with strollers and beach carts to help you get everyone and their equipment to Vanderbilt beach. A full size crib plus a pack n play for younger guests plus tons of beach, pool and indoor games and toys to keep everyone occupied. I think I counted 22 beach towels for our use! Eric and Elena were very responsive and helpful with any questions about our stay.

Great location!

This home is in such a great location!! We were a 10 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Mercato where there is wonderful shopping and great restaurants! The home itself is beautiful with 5 large bedrooms with king size beds! The backyard is a great place to relax with a heated pool and hot tub. The owners were very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub and resolved the issue quickly. Everything you need for a beach day, bike ride, dining, were all at your disposal! We had a great time and would definitely return again!

Family Paradise!

We have stayed at this house for 5 out of the last 6 years for are family vacation. The house is big and clean and has everything you need for every member of your family. The backyard and pool make this property paradise! Absolutely beautiful and private!!!! And if that isn’t enough, the walk to Vanderbilt beach is less then 10 minutes!

Spacious retreat with great location

This large and very accommodating home has all the room and included amenities that one could want and all the necessities for some serious beach time if needed. The backyard, pool and spa area is a personal oasis of privacy and tranquility and the home’s location puts it a short walk and a very short bike ride from the sand. The only negative I could even think of is, if your group contains more than three couples, as ours did, two parties will have to share a bathroom. Eric was very accessible through our stay and when I pointed out that the beach umbrella available was no longer functional, he had an umbrella delivered to the home within 45 minutes. Overall it was a 5 Star visit for us and we’ll be back. Steve
