Awesome place to stay!

I really hope we will be staying in this gorgeous house again. Everything was perfect for the 7 of us. Nice quality of bed sheets and towels, plenty of space for a large group of adults, the pool was ideal, location is great, we were 5 min away of everything.

Great house during spring or winter!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and we loved the pool and the view. We were pretty disappointed to know we had to wash our own dishes the entire week due to the dishwasher not operating. We also had to buy ice because the ice maker didn’t work. We noticed someone had left a review 3 weeks ago about these things, nothing was fixed before we checked in. Also there wasn’t enough paper towels or toilet paper for everyone so we had to go out and buy some. Also, we would not want to stay during the summer due to the air conditioning temperature not being allowed to go lower. It was extremely hot at night and the adults were quite miserable. It would be great if the few issues were fixed before the next guest and I’m sure they’d have the perfect experience. Even with these few concerns we still really enjoyed our stay in Naples. Thank you!

wedding weekend

Keith's house was nicely laid out, beautiful pool (not fenced in). We were in town for a relative's wedding in downtown Naples. The location is very close to the mercado with Whole Foods, etc. Very comfortable beds with one towel and washcloth per person but laundry room is right off kitchen. At the time we rented, the ice maker was not working...he should have at least provided a bag of ice and the dishwasher and disposal needed service. Keith's voice mail box was full when we tried to contact him. We did connect via text. If Keith addresses these minor issues, the house would be perfect! Overall, it was a nice house, well set up and would rent again.

Wonderful Flexible Visit to Naples

We stayed in a lovely home in the same great neighborhood, thanks to Keith and Jesyka. Shortly before our trip, we were informed that the backyard of the original property would be inaccessible during our stay, due to new pool construction. Since our group was about to travel from the cold north weather to sunny Naples, we were disappointed...however, our hosts offered a similar property nearby, which worked out for all parties. (This explains the listing accuracy rating.) It's key to remain flexible when it comes to travel. The original property looks to be a GEM when the pool is completed!

Great house in a great location!

My family and I stayed for just under a week. The place had a great layout to accommodate our fairly large group and a fantastic kitchen with all the amenities one would need! Close the the beach and easy communication process with the owner.

Beautiful Home, Just as Pictured!

We could not have found a better place in Naples. This property was perfect for our family of 6. Centrally located to so much to see and do. It is clean and decorated beautifully! Check-in and out was seamless. Thank you SO much for everything. We will be back.

Beautiful Home - Beware of Property Manager! He’s only about the money!

Although the property is gorgeous, beware of the property manager. The AC unit was broken, and he was willing to let strangers in the house without us being there while our belongings were everywhere. Not to mention the AC was never fixed. It was 85 inside, and 97 outside. There were roaches in one of the back bedrooms on the floor and crawling across the wall, and tree cutting guys came Saturday morning at 8am. Keith the property manager didn’t communicate back, offer solutions or care to make things right. He was all about getting his money, which this isn’t a cheap property and screwing the customers over. Beware!

You've gotta meet the birds!

Okkkk...... Lets start with the decor... Everything had a place and there was a place for everything. Most times when you get a beach house you are destined to end up at a store because the home never has EVERYTHING you need. Well, stop looking because you have selected the property that you are looking for. But the birds you ask..? They greeted us from the lake out back everyday! If you're looking for pace you will definitely find it here. Its also in a great location near EVERYTHING! Had a ball for my significant others birthday. I even left a cake pan and a hand mixer for the next baker! Please know that if i'm ever in the area i will stay again!

Lovely home away from home!

My family including 2 young adults loved staying here! The house is impeccable. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated it had everything we needed for our stay. It's in a quiet neighborhood that's a short drive to everything. The hosts responded promptly and were very nice. There's a cute Cafe just around the corner you can walk to. We walked to the Delnor Wiggins state park and back which took an hour and a half round trip. Beach is too far to walk with all of your stuff, but a short drive away. The house provides beach towels, bags, cooler, and chairs. We really appreciated these, although we only went once because it rained the whole time we were in Florida. The zoo is close by and lots of great restaurants.

The house was not what I would call luxury, it was nice, but nothing real fancy as I thought it would be. It was kept up nice, but the block was a little sketchy. Neighborhoods about 3 blocks were nice by the water.

Great!

This house was perfect for our stay! There were six of us and we had plenty of room. The location was such that we easily walked to restaurants. The beach was nearby. The house was very clean. If I came back to the Naples area I would definitely try to reserve this house again!

Gorgeous, Clean House in Naples!

Perfect vacation home for our family (4 adults and 3 children). It's extremely clean and nicely updated. Beds, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. Beds were so comfortable. The house had everything we needed including hair dryers, beach chairs, umbrellas, kids beach toys, etc. Keith, the property manager, was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we taken care of. We loved this home and will definitely be back!

Absolutely PERFECT ... BEAUTIFUL ... AMAZING!

My family and I just returned from spending 7 fantastic nights in this amazing home while in town for my son's baseball tournament/family beach getaway. This was our first visit to Naples and we hope to be back before long. Vanderbilt Beach Bliss was just that! It is a beautiful and comfortable home and was the perfect house for us, with a 17 year old son and 19 year old daughter. The location is terrific in this quaint North Naples neighborhood. It's a short drive to gorgeous beaches, great restaurants and shopping, and easy access to I-75 (which made getting to the airport or to the ballfields in Ft Myers very easy). The layout was spacious (more bedrooms than we even needed), beautifully decorated throughout and the beds/bedding are all super comfortable and luxurious. Keith couldn't have been more accommodating. He responded immediately to my questions and took care of everything. He was a real pleasure to work with! So personable, and a real professional. The home is serene and I'm still blown away by how well stocked and appointed it was. All the comforts of home, and then some!! The pictures are accurate but it's actually even better in person. I can't think of anything that was missing, including in the kitchen which had absolutely everything you could need. Having nice beach chairs, towels and umbrella and cart made our beach days a breeze. I've never been in a rented home or condo that has this attention to detail. The bathrooms were spacious too and plenty of closet and storage space. Important for teens and families .... wonderful flat screen TV's throughout the house and strong wifi!! Lovely backyard too, to hang out after a long day at the ballfields or beach or coffee in the morning! Thank you Keith for making our stay so enjoyable and stress free, and for all the wonderful restaurant recommendations as well. Had amazing dinners nearby at the Turtle Club, Baleen, the Bay House and Cooper's Hawk. I truly can't recommend this place highly enough and I know we will be back!
