Property was very clean, easy to access, and manager was very communicative. Location is excellent. My only issue is - the rooms are clustered around the entry and if people are checking in late at night, you can hear everything - the rolling of the luggage, the clinking of the keys to open the door. Aside from this, the property was fantastic.

Description stated there would be someone at the reception desk 24/7. We did not see a single staff member during our stay. They contacted us via phone and the check in process was very confusing. Wifi only worked in 1/2 of the room. During checkout we had to pay the city tax to the housekeeper. We did not feel safe here and can't believe how diffrent this place is from the description.

Our room was great. Two beautiful new windows with automatic blinds. Our room had a queen size bed and a single bed, which were comfortable. It was updated and spacious. The bathroom was updated. Security was great. There is an elevator, which helps as the accommodation is on the 4th floor. We had great communication with the owners through Expedia messages and WhatsApp. No issues finding the property. It is in walking distance from the port.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Room was a bit small. There is an air condition unit which is needed ( otherwise mosquitoes can be problematic when opening the door) No breakfast despite the name and you need 20 cents to use the elevator which was a great commodity as we had large luggage bags. Area is close to the marina and town center

Spacious room, very close to the port for a very departure. The lift was fine, so long as everyone had closed the door to allow it to come. Would recommend as an overnight stay. Communication was excellent.

Place is ok if you don’t have a car , it’s nearly impossible to find parking unless you’re ok with $45 euros a night fee .

This is a very good choice for Naples. Location is quite good. The place is small and in an office type building. But a very good choice considering price and location. Service was very good.

Overall, good property. The name is a bit deceiving, as it's not a bed and breakfast. No breakfast is served, but there are nice cafes in the neighborhood.
