Morgenmad var reelt ikke inkluderet på trods af beskrivelsen af hotellet. Start dagen med lokale retter, var en kop kaffe og en croissant på en cafe 100 m fra hotellet, og først efter en længere udredning efter opkald til hotels.com. Personalet der dukkede kortvarigt op på stedet, kunne intet engelsk, og snakkede kun italiensk upåvirket af at vi sagde at vi ikke forstod italiensk. Trafiklarmen gjorde nætterne søvnløse. Personalet var flinke, men kommunikationen var ikke muligt. Kun ved brug af Google Translate lykkes det til dels. Vi valgte hotellet udfra den inkluderede morgenmad, og er skuffede over ikke at kunne stole på beskrivelsen af hotellet.
