Nice hotel but extremely overpriced. They stress what is free - Internet ( but we could not get it even with the staff’s assistance) , free valet service ( not needed with car parking very close to the door), No free breakfast like $100 hotels Rooms are spacious and clean with comfy beds.

Hilton Naples lost my golf hard case including my clubs, shoes, custom golf bag, brand new shirts and hats from Streamsong and I literally had to call the police in order to file a report to get Hilton employees to take it seriously.

Liked nothing except location. Bare minimum in the rooms. Had to ask for more run down towels. Staff was ok. Nothing too special to report. Sadly it was no better than the courtyard by Marriott down the street. Paid 1089 for two nights. Not worth it. I actually want them to give me a certain amount of refund. At least half should be refunded.

We only stayed one night but enjoyed the hotel and its amenities that we were able to utilize. Took advantage of Happy Hour at Shula’s and used the pool/hot tub. Very nice hotel and comfortable bed. Quick drive or uber ride to 5th avenue for shopping and dining. Didn’t get to use the shuttle for the beach but we will next time.
