The staff were all absolutely outstanding - helped me out with a booking issue which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is nice and in a great location. The rooms definitely need some love. Things are tired and need a refresh, but overall the hotel is good.

The room was fine, my issue was customer service. We left a few things in the room by mistake when we checked out at 9am, I called the desk 20 minutes later and told them we'd swing by to pick the items up around 11. When we arrived at 11:30, it took 20 minutes to get the items from housekeeping.

Everything was as expected to be at Hilton. Quality and cleanness of the room was on top. I do have a small comments to make about inconsistency of Wi-Fi throughout the premises. We weren’t spending much time in a hotel however, during our stay, Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent. Not a big deal.
