Air conditioning in room didn’t work, other guests near us were very loud. The resturant is horrible and very over priced. I ordered the gnocchi and it tasted like canned tomato soup. The mall near us was always closed but subway is very close to get to other areas.

Liked the hotel. Rooms and restaurant was awesome. Great distance to airport. Only drawback is it is in an ugly area of the city. The sole reason to choose this hotel is its profit the airport. When you are at the hotel you stay at the hotel and don’t walk around.

Good value for money

Had a wonderful stay. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Fast room service. They clean your room daily. Not too many eating places within walking distance.. there are a few but you have to uber/drive. Closest train station is Napoli Centrale (about 15euros in uber/taxi). We had pre-paid for 5nights but had to leave after 4 for personal reasons and the hotel staff was really nice and took off the city tax from our final bill.

Dangerous and filthy area

The plaza around the hotel was full of garbage and graffiti. I attempted to walk to a restaurant to pick up food (my family was justifyably scared by the "neighborhood") and was nearly mugged. I wouldn't consider sending anyone to this location.
