Touched by the care taken to their guests

Couldn't be better. The staff went out of their ways to best help their guests. Carmine and Anna were extremely helpful. They are not only doing daily business but showed they really care about us. Not only did they helped arrange a day tour for us aling the Amalfi coast, make multiple phone calls to work out a delivery problem for me, Carmine also reached out to see if the elder needed anything when being left alone to rest in hotel when I was out. And the rest staff also all tried their best to optimize our experience. I'm truly touched by their dedication. A big THANK YOU!

Do not recommend staying here. While the location of the hotel is close to the Spanish Quarters, the hotel entrance itself is not well located. It is in an alley that is not well lit for safety for individuals or women in particular accessing it alone. The entrance is not very accessible, including the very small, coin operated elevator which poses a challenge for check-in/out with luggage (hotel provides coin). The room itself was dirty, lots of hair on the floor of the bathroom. For the price and “4 star” rating, it did not meet expectations.

The hotel is beautiful inside, the staff is very friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and well equipped. The only inconvenience was the noise from the street throughout the night and the area where the entrance is was a bit run down.

Great experience

I loved how friendly and professional everyone in the staff team is. The hotel is nicely located if you want to be close to the main shopping areas of Naples and walk to the Chiaia neighborhood for other upscale shopping and dining experiences, too. The breakfast was overall great, with lots of varieties and great options.

Clean and in a central location with a good breakfast. Only cocnern is the entrance is on a dark side street and you have to ring a buzzer like an apartment to be buzzed into hotel as the hotel is on the 2nd floor of an apartmenr building. This can be unsettling at night for single female travllers.

Excellent stay. The staff were so helpful and kind. The rooms were lovely, clean and with very comfortable beds. Ideal central location for exploring Naples and beyond. Lovely restaurants close by.
