Giangi is an extraordinary host! He arranged transportation from the airport to the bed and breakfast and was very helpful and kind to us. He has great communication skills and took time to answer my never ending questions regarding things to do in Naples and travel arrangements to other places such as Sorrento. I really appreciate his help because we visited many places recommended by him. The place is very unique and close to the metro station and walking distance to the “centro storico”. Our room was super clean and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast!!! Overall, this place is highly recommended!!! Grazie tutti!!

Authentic and charming

Central location within a historic building, room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. Room was air conditioned and worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well equipped, with shampoo and liquid soap provided. The host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again if back in the location.

The best part of this experience was the manager Giangi. He met us at the front door and showed us the entire place ... including giving a history of the building. He arranged for a taxi for us and followed up. His entire attitude was welcoming and accommodating and made our stay outstanding.

Mid priced hotel simple stay

The hotel is on the second floor four flights up / it's nice and clean and offers good coffee facilities/.reception is good when they are there /.the hotel is located in a reasonable area /. breakfast is served in a local cafe the staff are very rude and odd hand and that made breakfast not great /.I was told it's a local one and that's how they are /.

The Stanze is charming - a modern, budget friendly take on a vintage European small hotel. The historic old city, archaeological museum, Central train station and other points of interest are all just 5-15 minute walks. There are good restaurants nearby. We’d stay there again. There are 2-3 flights of stairs from the courtyard to the hotel entrance.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! The building is awesome, Giangi was amazing before, during and when we were leaving. You could not ask for a better host. He met us at the taxi, helped us with the bags. It is a short walk to the city center and great restaurants. Besides that, Napoli is an amazing city. If you are going here, stay here!

We wanted to stay for a night before flying out. Rather than staying at a dull Holiday Inn, decided to go for Le Stanza Principe and were wonderfully delighted. That just extended our vacation by an evening and a night. Everything is nearby and very convenient. The host was very responsive and patiently answered all my questions. It's a beautiful place and highly recommended for your stay.

Charming and a great location

I really enjoyed my stay at Le Stanze del Principe. The room was charming and had everything I needed, including a community area with tea and water. The staff were very helpful when I checked in and out, and the location is close to a lot of shops, bars, restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! We arrived in the dark and after hours on our first visit to Naples, and at first were a little put off by the area and the entrance into the building. But great communication from Giangi helped--and as time went on, the charms of this hidden gem started to unfold. The building has a rich history, built in 1695, I think. And Giangi was great, checking in with us, making restaurant and shopping suggestions, and helping with all our questions. At checkout, he booked us a taxi and helped with our bags, and even mailed our post cards for us. The area is a bit on the gritty side, but was a great location to explore the historical area of Naples and was in walking distance to the train station. And the price was right!
