We really enjoyed this house and our stay in Naples Park. The house was in great shape, comfy beds, and nice kitchen with lots of supplies. We loved the screened patio, pool, spa, and putting area too. It was also a great location. We rented a golf cart and were able to get to restaurants and the beach. Lots of fun!

Had a lovely week stay in Naples, ideally located for grocery shopping. Short drive to all the Naples facilities.Check-in was simple and provided all the required codes and need to knows. In through the front door and your into the kitchen area that was fully stocked including enough plates for a small army! Lovely pool area with a chipping ara to work on your short game. The shed had beech chairs, and toys with a couple of coolers and sun shades.Great location, great house with everything you need to have a fantastic holiday.

We went on a July 4th weekend celebration plan with friends and it was a wonderful plan. The house was very comfortable for our group, it was very clean, the pool area was spectacular, we loved it. We had many restaurant options nearby (Mercato), the hostess was very friendly we had excellent communication, I would not have any doubt in staying here again.

Overall great experience!! Wonderful communication with the property manager at any time. Pool was perfect temperature on a hot day and house was close to all needs. FYI; the putters for the putting greens were toddler size, we should have brought our own and beds didn't feel like queens, defiantly fulls. Would stay again and recommend!

Great Naples Home

Great home. Property manager was very responsive to all questions. Property was better than advertised. Pool was big enough for 5 kids and 4 adults to all have fun at the same time without feeling crowded. It is a little bit of a hike to the beach, but plenty of public beach access to park at. Highly recommend!

Overall we had a really nice stay, couple of callouts - the house was not cleaned appropriately. The floors were pretty dirty, including the downstairs bathroom, and downstairs bedsheets were not changed out. The pool was pretty dirty upon arrival for a Sat-Thurs rental. Thankfully, the management company sent the pool cleaner over Monday.The beds were listed as queen, they really felt like double beds.The communication and check-in process was incredibly smooth. And the location was great. We had a really nice time.

Family get together

Our first impression was "wow", isn't this great. New kitchen, dining room staged for dinner party, new bathroom, big TV in living room and glass doors looking out onto covered porch, pool and spa. However, when you walked out onto the porch it was littered with nails, bits of wood and debris. Hadn't been swept. Up stairs in the master BR there was no king bed as was ststed on the website. There was no shade over the large tub in the mstr bath although there seemed to be hardware for it. The bunk room which slept 4 had a large closet but no dresser or place to put clothing. The main bath on the second floor, which if you were at full capacity (6 guests), had no towel bars or hooks for towels/clothes. Fortunately the management company was very responsive and took care of the lack of towel bars and lack of covering on the bathroom window as well has having the porch cleaned. They were also very responsive in helping with pool temperature issues. In spite of these initial issues, we did have a great time in the house. Its located in a good location and comes complete with several usable bikes and many beach chairs, umbrellas and toys The kitchen had lots of glassware and dishes but only 5 teaspoons. Lid for broiler pan but no pan. Ran out of propane first time using the grill but there was a full backup. Overall, nice house and with the timely help of the management company was a very good rental. We would go back.

Great house close to many things including the beach! Great pool and hot tub! Our only complaint would be the no hot water/barely warm and the construction going on at the end of the street right in front of this house makes it very noisy and hard to get in and out of the driveway!

Little piece of paradise

We loved our stay. This house is equipped with almost everything you could want. It easily fit my large family. We could walk or ride the provided bikes to the beach. We did have some trouble with the pool instructions and ended up with a pool too cold to swim. The manager was a little slow in responding, but it was during the holidays and we had plenty of other things to do. I would definitely stay here again.

The Villa has what you want.

Great location. Close to beaches, restaurants and stores. It has all of the features you would want from a Florida vacation rental - pool, hot tub, TV's, bikes, well-spaced bedrooms and baths. The few shortcomings we faced were those that you would only notice if you were living there and none of them were deal breakers.
