In total, the house can accommodate 10 guests, as there is also a bunk bed in one of the rooms.
The subdivision of the house allows guests to fully enjoy every space; it is completely renovated and the rooms are practical and air-conditioned.
In the living area, it is possible to make use of the equipped kitchen that is present in the house.
The presence of the terrace makes the living room spectacular: it has an umbrella, table, and deckchairs to fully enjoy the days of relaxation.
The accommodation's location is strategic: it is 10 minutes from the station and is at the entrance to the historic centre with the city's main attractions.
Adjacent to the building is one of the city's historic pizzerias: 'Antica pizzeria da Michele'.
