We had the best time staying here while in Naples for 2 days. The owner lives on the property and is the sweetest person ever. She will do whatever she can to make you feel welcome and ensure that your stay is amazing. We got complementary coffee every morning and we were able to have a taxi called for us whenever we needed one. The only downside was that the shower was limited in space. Also make sure to have cash to pay the tourist tax, as that is what’s preferred by the owner!

Italian Hideaway

Lovely place to stay and great convenience. Laura was fantastic at communicating and the staff we met were so friendly. The road we were on was quiet and it felt lovely to stay somewhere so Italian rather than commercialised chain hotel.

We had a great stay here for a week in March. Location was perfect, very convenient for the metro station with the archaeology museum just round the corner. Plenty of great bars and restaurants a short walk away too. Our host was friendly and welcoming, and a lovely lady. Would highly recommend a stay here, we found it was an ideal base for our stay in Naples.

Great location, wonderful set up!

For central Naples it was an excellent choice, a short walk to a lot of key areas but a tranquil location to avoid the hustle and bustle. The owners/staff were really helpful and the room was well equipped, clean and really comfortable. Highly recommend!

Beatiful b&b in good location

We stayed three nights in a family vacation. Location was excellent. Rooms were nice and tidy. For a family of four it was good space with having sofa bed downstairs and spacious loft for bed and some furniture. Breakfast in the room was bit small, but very Italian.

Signora Genni is the loveliest, kindest, most thoughtful person I met on this trip -- or on any other, for that matter. She and her family and staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, warm, and welcoming. This B & B is located just around the corner from the Naples Archaeological Museum, in which many artefacts from Pompeii and other sites are displayed.

I arrived there late in the evening by taxi, I was shocked when I pulled up outside. I told the taxi this couldn’t be , there was no signage and it was in an alley. I tried calling the number and they didn’t speak English. About 45 minutes later someone showed up opened the panel and the wall so we could go in there was laundry hanging from the windows, broken windows and trash everywhere. The picture that Expedia had online look nothing like this place I took pictures. Needless to say, I did not stay there. The agent from Expedia wasn’t much help that she left us stranded in the alley. I went online and booked a hotel by myself very dissatisfied they would not refund my money. I would love to send you the pictures they are horrifying.

Review Had a wonderful week in Relais Al Museo. We stayed in the Edera Apartment which is well maintained, very clean, and spacious. It has a balcony overlooking the street, and there is a view of Vesuvius in the distance. It is very well located, with a leisurely 10 min stroll to the National Archaeological Museum and Metro, and c15 mins to Via dei Tribunali in the historical centre of Naples. We were well looked after by Genny and her team, who brought us breakfast every morning and helped with our travel plans, including sorting out a taxi back to the airport. We had a great stay and thoroughly recommend Relais Al Museo.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille très agréable au Relais al Museo. Il est idéalement situé à proximité du musée archéologique et sa station de métro, le centre ville à pied et la gare ferroviaire de la piazza Cavour pour les trains régionaux. L’appartement était d’une propreté impeccable, les serviettes changées tous les jours. Il dispose d’un réfrigérateur et d’une plaque à induction et d’un petit balcon. Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable. Le matin un café et une part de gâteau sont offerts.

Un weekend prolongé sur Naple, l'hôtel est sympa. On a ete tres bien accueilli. Jai beaucoup apprécié le confort de la literie parcontre la salle de bain laisse a désirer. Le tyuax de la douche est sale, les joints noirs et les rebords cassé, un effort la dessus serait un gros plus.
