The house was nice and clean. We were very happy about that. The water unfortunately has a very strong smell of sulfur. We were going to a wedding so we were concerned that we would smell after we showered. Thank goodness we did not. My brother-in-law who is a plumber was with us and he also had to clean a large amount of hair out of the guest bathroom shower drain because the water was running up to the toilet while my niece was showering. She was the first to use that shower. He also suggested to the host to run the water for awhile before anyone rents the property to eliminate the smell. The bathroom door on the guest bathroom also did not lock and has a space that you allowed you to see through. The furniture in the living room is outside furniture so it wasn’t very comfortable and did not accommodate everyone. This is just a suggestion because that would have been nice. We put our small suitcase on the shelf on the 1st master bathroom and the shelf fell off the wall. Again, because my brother-in-law is very handy, he looked at it and said it was not anchored into a stud. It was only anchored to the sheetrock and there were no screws. It was being held up by compound. You may want to speak with your contractor about that as well as other problems that I will include. In the 2nd master bathroom, the right sink hot water handle did not work. You had to hold the base of the handle down to get water to come out. I do have a video of that and some pics of the hair and shelf.
