The apartment is perfect for both leisure and business trips, thanks to a bright, welcoming and functional environment. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchenette, with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer and coffee machine, as well as a sofa bed , which offers an additional sleeping place and makes the space even more versatile. It's the ideal place to relax or enjoy a breakfast with a sea view.
 
The sleeping area houses a cozy double bedroom, designed to ensure a peaceful and rejuvenating sleep.

The building is a historic building and has a small elevator , which goes up to the 4th floor . As this is a period structure, it was not possible to install a standard-sized elevator . From the elevator exit, a short flight of stairs leads directly to the entrance of the apartment.
 
The structure is for non-smokers only and every detail has been carefully taken care of to welcome you in a clean, elegant and comfortable environment.
 
Important note : if you are booking for 2 guests and need separate beds , we ask you to let us know at least 2 days before arrival. Without notice, we cannot guarantee a different bed layout.
