温泉が最高に気持ちいいし、部屋も広くて快適でした　 スタッフの方々の笑顔と対応も良かったです 少残念なのは館内用のスリッパがとても歩きにくい。そういう作りなんだと思うんだけど高齢の方や足の悪い方だと転倒の危険があるかと思うので早めに別のタイプに変えたほうが良いのではと思います あと部屋にある椅子の端の方が潰れるので座りにくいと感じました また泊まりたいと思う素敵で気持ちいい宿でした ありがとうございました

お車利用で利用してください。

リニューアルしたからなのか？ルートインという名前がなくて普通のホテルと思って予約しましたが、車じゃないと利用できません。最寄駅から荷物を持って足元の悪い国道沿いを不安な気持ちで30分歩きました。 最寄駅は無人駅でタクシーなどいるはずもありません。へとへとになってホテルに入りました。チェックインでそのことをお話ししたら、奈良はそんなところですからねー、交通網が発達していないところですからねーと言われました。 いたわりの言葉などなくがっかりしちゃいました。ホテル利用説明などで、アクセスの仕方など説明があればこんなに苦労しなかったと思います。まだ歩けたからいいけど歩けない人はどうするのでしょう？タクシーなんてそこら辺にはいません。 ホテル名にルートインがついてれば、車利用だなと想像がつきました。 お部屋は綺麗でとても快適に過ごせましたし温泉も良かったです。
