Villa Gaudi is a property built in 1972, renovated year by year to keep high and rigorous its architectural structure similar to the eclectic style from the fluid geometries of Antoin Gaudi, as well as the name that represents it. Placed in a quiet context, but also full of easily accessible services (supermarkets, bars, restaurants) not to mention the real peculiarity that surrounds the house, the wonderful view of the beaches of Salento with golden sand, bordered by the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea.



The Villa consists of 3 floors, anteceded by a large atrium decorated in 1970s style, with large arches and vaults, Garden with trees, children's play area, a brand new relax & coffee lobby, free parking and a 500sqm porch with outdoor showers.



It is divided in turn into seven apartments, all independent, equipped with every possible comfort, from air conditioning to LED TV and striking balconies that seem to plunge into the sea.
