Podere Petricore`s Studio is a lovely country vacation home for 2 people, set in a large and well-kept estate in the Salento hinterland, in Boncore, just 4 km from the beaches of Torre Lapillo.
The vacation house with furnished veranda is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet,
hairdryer, TV and mosquito nets on doors and windows. Shared with 2
other houses are the large garden, outdoor shower and car parking.

The studio vacation home is located within a fenced estate with dry stone walls, and surrounded by green lawn and stone paths.
The entrance to the studio apartment is a veranda with a reed canopy , shared with another cottage.
Derived from part of an old stable, the studio apartment today is a modern, cozy structure.
In the single room, well disengaged by frosted glass, there is an open kitchenette, dining room and double bed. The house is completed by bathroom with shower stall.
There is an equipped veranda pertaining exclusively to the studio apartment.

Petricore is located along the country roads that embroider the Arneo,
in the area of Boncore, just 4 km from the beaches and the center of
Torre Lapillo.
The estate allows you to spend vacations in a quiet
setting, far from the chaos of the coast, but really just a handful of
minutes from the sea and all the main services. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared entrance, outdoor shower, washing machine and garden.
