The main restaurant was closed, the swimming pool was closed and the sauna was closed. Most of the services it touts on its website was closed. The staff was very nice and apologetic but that still did not correct the problem

Had an awful experience with my room, when I spoke to manager all he offered was a sorry and that there was no way to compensate the situation. I was very upset and the staff just kept repeating that I had pictures. Needless to say I will not be returning to this hotel. If you do check your bed before you lay down!

The hotel is very outdated. We arrived a little early and was not able to check in until 3pm. After a long flight, we had to take the option to pay an additional $40usd to check in a few hours earlier. There’s no restaurants nearby therefore our only resource is to utilize what the hotel has. It was our stop and rest hotel. Notice that there are lots of flight attendants and airline pilots stayed there for a rest stop. Buffet dinner was quite limited and not much of a selection for $30usd.

Great Hotel, rooms are looking a little tired now as it's been around a few years. Service & food very good! The shuttle bus is convenient and free.

Gross and overpriced

For $180 a night in Japan, this hotel was so disappointing. First room smelled like cigarettes and had a dirty bathroom. Second room did not smell like smoke but also had a dirty bathroom. So gross. For the price this hotel should be so much better. Attached are photos of hairs in bathrooms, enormous stain on desk, dirt on bathroom counter.
