We found the room very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. We also enjoyed the Sky dining room at dinner with a view of the airport. We took the shuttle to the airport to catch the Narita Express train to downtown Tokyo. Personnel at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

A good option near Narita airport with an excellent shuttle bus. The rooms are dated, but comfortable. We arrived late but were able to get provisions from the 24 hour 7-11 in the lobby.

Great family stay, conveniently located

Our family of 5, including a toddler, stayed for 1 night before our flight home from Narita. Having the airport shuttle and on site Family Mart as well as restaurants was very helpful. The room was clean, although it could use a refurbishing. The beds were not bad, and we had a larger room with a decent of amount of space, which was great considering that's not commonplace in Tokyo.
