The first room that we got was filthy with stains on the wall and the bathroom wasnt cleaned properly. Also the rooms are really old compared to the pictures alone. Since we didnt want to stay in the room we went to the reception and they gave us another room (side note the receptionist was very friendly and helpful!) We werent that much of a fan of the second room (still some stains on the walls) but as we only stayed one night we sucked it up

Handy if you find yourself overnighting for a flight with their shuttle, but very average hotel. Not to say it’s bad, just that the rooms are weathered and a little musty. The FamilyMart inside is super convenient. Beautiful garden out front. Not much else in the area, but that’s generally not why you’re at an airport hotel. Buffet was very meh for me.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had the best experience! The hotel was spotless, with daily room cleaning and complimentary bottled water that made our stay extra comfortable. They offer a super convenient shuttle service to and from the airport, train station, and even the mall—such a lifesaver when traveling with kids! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. From thoughtful amenities to seamless service, everything was just perfect. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Narita—this place truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

I loved everything about this hotel! From when I walked in to the time I left this place had everything I needed! In our rooms there were oil cleansing and moisturizer packets, disposable razors, shaving cream, hair ties, Q-tips, shower caps, hair brushes, all individually packed to use and take! Teas, coffee, and water to drink! There was a swimming pool, gymnasium, public bath, convenience store, and restaurant to access! Also the hotel rooms were spacious! If I get a chance to I would definitely stay here again and for longer!!

Front desk staff were rude.I remember being in next in line and they would take the men next behind me as if I was invisible and not assist me. My room key was taken out of my room to keep my light on while I stepped out really quick so they could clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel did a have a shuttle bus that would take you around to the station and airport. But it was hourly.

Good for overnight stay to catch early flight

A reasonable priced hotel to stay so that we could take an early flight from Narita Airport. Hotel offered free shuttle to airport and Narita town.
