It’s a decent stay near Narita Airport, perfect for a night’s stay on arrival or prior to a flight out. It’s a Hilton so the staff all speak good English. The Hotel has large facilities including wedding chapel and banquet halls. The design and rooms are quite dated but it has a nice gym, good breakfast buffet and convenient shuttle service to the airport as well as the nearby Narita Town and Aeon Mall (with stops at couple other hotels). Rooms are spacious compared to ones in Tokyo. All in all, a good value for your money.

The staff were lovely !! Could not speak higher of them. The running of the hotel, great. Although we were upgraded- only staying for one night as our flight home was the following morning- and the shower did not work! There was a small dribble and we had to use the portable head in the shower to wash, in which was only up to our waists ..

Our stay was perfect in every way, welcoming clean convenient and an easy taxi ride from Narita. My only disappointment was needing to pay to use the pool, apart from that the staff, room, food and hotel were absolutely superb & would highly recommend staying there.

Fine for one night at the airport

Absolutely fine for an airport hotel, slightly dated and the rooms smell a little of damp but nothing too bad. Staff were super helpful and the airport shuttle and 7/11 in the lobby are both very convenient
