The room doesn't have usb charging or a microwave other then the one in the laundry room (dirty) aside from that it has great service and the rooms are kept very clean. Thank you for a pleasent stay.

We spent 2 nights at Narita Tobu Hotel prior to our departure back to the states. We took the hotel shuttle bus from Narita airport Terminal 2 to the hotel. During check-in, we were told that they offer a shuttle bus that goes to the Mall and Train station as well. The next day we took the shuttle bus to Aeon Mall where we had lunch and then took a 15 minute walk to Naritasan Park, the Great Pagoda of Peace, and gardens...very beautiful. The shuttle picked us up at the Mall for the return trip back to the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. Convenience stores on the 1st floor, restaurant and upstairs bar with nice views. The only minor gripe was that we could not adjust our thermostat. Room temperature was just a bit too warm for us. The next day, we took the hotel shuttle to airport. All went very smoothly.

A great free shuttle to both the airport and the town (with 2 choices for stops) allowed easy access to the temple and wonderful shopping and eating. No registration or signing up was needed for the shuttle which came automatically on a scheduled time frame..both to/from the airport and the town.
