I like the hotel for its hospitality, convenience, cleanness, and the kindness of the staff. The food is good too. (I'd appreciate it more if there were whole grain options for rice and bread at the breakfast table. But that's ok because there's plenty of other food options.) I like the small shop inside the hotel too. It has so many good variety with reasonable pricing.

Very large, clean rooms. Shuttle bus to and from the airport every half hour. We also were able to use the free shuttle to Narita station which allowed us to explore the area and then we took the shuttle back from aeon mall.

Fantastic stay and wonderful staff. We arrived early and the hotel held our luggage for us, while we went shopping. Check in was quick. We had both the dinner and breakfast buffet and they had a good selection of dishes. Hotel is close to the airport and was glad they had an airport shuttle. Our family would definitely come back.
