This property provides walkability to the Block Island Ferry, quintessential RI restaurants including George’s tiki bar with live music, fresh caught local seafood, fishing boats, marinas, gift shops & homemade ice cream. Roger Wheeler State Beach is also very close by. This bright and airy 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse has a great open floor plan. The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, living room with a large tv, comfortable pull out queen size sofa bed and a half bath. Off the living room there are sliding glass doors that lead to a deck with a grill and seating area, offering gorgeous ocean views. The second level has a master suite with a queen size bed, tv, full bath and a private balcony showcasing picture perfect water and Block Island views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, tv and a full bath. There is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Hardwood flooring & central air conditioning throughout the unit. This property offers peace and tranquility yet is close enough to all the great attractions that Narragansett has to offer!
