DOGS welcome in our newly renovated garage :) The home is situated in a picturesque location on the banks of the Missouri river, where the water flows throughout the year. The area is secluded, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere for guests to enjoy. The absence of neighbors adds to the privacy and serenity of the surroundings. For guests who enjoy water activities, there are two boat ramps in close proximity, allowing for easy access to the river. Boats, kayaks, rafts, and jet skis can all be enjoyed in the river or lake. The dredge cuts, just a mile away from the home, offer sandy beaches and swimming areas, as well as being ideal for paddle boarding. For those interested in fishing, Fort Peck Lake which is renowned for its world-class walleye fishing, is only a short drive away from the property. Overall the location of the home offers a variety of outdoor activities and a scenic view of the Missouri River. We loved the character of this old schoolhouse which has been beautifully renovated. It had all the amenities we needed, including firewood, and had plenty of room for us and our adult children. It was wonderful to sit on the porch and listen to the river and close to our favorite spot on the dredge cuts.
