The vibe. The amenities. The smell. The small details. The PLANTS. This place is luxurious in the most homey, green, alive, boho way. The spa was fantastic and the food options, bar options, etc were also top notch. I’m a 1 Hotel convert and will opt to stay in one whenever it’s an option when traveling.

Everything was beautiful, staff was very helpful and friendly… room was beautiful, however, it was hot and we were not able to turn the air down past 70 degrees. Also, beware, the alcove has no privacy for the facilities…not a problem if you’re comfortable doing that kinda thing in front of your partner… I was not ..so we made separate trips so everyone good be ‘alone’.. rooftop bar was beautiful!! Would stay again, just in a different room.

The 1 Hotel exceeded my expectations. the hotel is warm and inviting. The rooms are Boho Chic and the bed and pillows are beyond comfortable. It was so convenient to have a staff ask if we would like a ride to our shopping area. No cost, no hassle (make sure to tip). The 1 Kitchen was so tasty, so many healthy options at the cafe. Harriett's rooftop was aesthetically pleasing. Great vibe. Although the Sushi was o.k and the wagu sliders tasted overcooked, bun was tasteless. Might have been better with a brioche bun and the meat with a pickle or vinaigrette carrot/coleslaw. Our room was loud with the traffic. Might be nice if the room had a noise cancelling machine in it. Bring one from home. We were at the JW the night before and I would day this is more of a 5 star hotel and felt first class all the way!
