The Space:

From the living area, glimpses of the skyline pair with the calm of a comfortable retreat, offering a place to unwind between cold-weather outings. After exploring music venues, grabbing a warm drink nearby, or wandering through festive streets, you return to a space that encourages you to slow down and settle in.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, each offering space to rest and recharge. Three beds are arranged to give your group room to spread out, and both bedrooms include an en-suite bathroom that adds privacy as you get ready for a night out or ease into a slow morning. Soft bedding and space to unpack create a welcoming atmosphere throughout your stay.



Living spaces

The open-concept living area draws in natural light and views of the skyline, creating a relaxing backdrop when you want to lounge, stream a favorite show on the TV, or warm up after a day exploring the city. Adjustable heating, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan help you stay comfortable no matter the weather, and the layout encourages downtime between winter adventures.

The kitchen gives you room to prepare simple meals, gather for unhurried breakfasts, or enjoy a cozy dinner before heading back into Nashville's music and dining scene. With the essentials to cook your own meals, it supports easy routines whether you're staying in or mixing home-cooked moments with restaurant outings.



Amenities & building features

Shared amenities include a pool and a shared gym in the building, providing options for activity or relaxation during your stay. An elevator simplifies access throughout the property, and paid on-site parking is available for $25 per night. Smart lock self check-in and Wi-Fi offer added convenience, while exterior security cameras in the building's common areas support peace of mind. The space also includes a smoke alarm and first aid kit.



Laundry & essentials

A washer and dryer in the building make longer stays or winter layers easier to manage. Towels, bed linens, and other essentials are provided, along with hangers and an iron to help you settle in comfortably.

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the pool, gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay





Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.



1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises including balconies, pool area, courtyard, etc. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.

2. No glass of any kind by the pool - $500.00 fine per occurrence and prohibited from returning to the pool area.

3. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.

4. Pool hours are 10:00am-8:00pm CST – Fine of $100.00 per person if caught in this area after hours.

5. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises. You will not receive access to apartment if you have any pets. Guest will not receive refund for stay.*



Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.



PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building. They are located in the following areas: gym, parking areas, lobby, lounge and pool.
