Nice property everything was clean nice massage chair was a plus after a long day. Breakfast was great. Breakfast staff could’ve been friendlier but everything else was awesome

We had a great stay at the Best Western. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was good and the omelet station was by far our favorite thing to eat. We would stay there again if we go back to Nashville.

Air-conditioning in hall and leak in roof.

The room was good but there was duct work and a portable AC that you had to walk around in the hall. We walked by a room that constantly had the door open and there was water dripping from the ceiling in several places. There was an overall wet smell.
