Only downside was the vending machine it didn’t give change and it ate my dollar bills after a very brief countdown. Aside from that good amenities the potatoes were a little overcooked but great breakfast sausage and waffles. Very attentive staff, polite, and extremely reasonable prices for Fiji water in the lobby, that was the highlight for me.

We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have is the breakfast. Everything was in warmers but it was still all ice cold from the potatoes to the gravy. It wasn’t a good breakfast experience for us.

Good location

Nice location - near The Gulch area. The amenities stated a restaurant and bar- which there was not at the property. Maybe there used to be, but there is no bar/lounge area. That was somewhat disappointing but overall it was a good hotel with very good and affordable parking.

Off the beaten path for sure. About a 15-20 minute walk to the action on Broadway but lots of cute coffee shops & boutiques close. Definitely an older hotel but the rooms have been modernized and the staff was very friendly and accommodating

For the price it was unbeatable! Staff was pleasant. The location was near tourist attractions. Wasn’t the newest in the outside but the inside had been remodeled and the amenities were good.

Staff was very friendly and tentative. Room was spacious, but I could clearly see dust on top of everything. The microwave was dirty even though I did not use it. The worst part about the hotel was the slamming doors all throufh the night and loud people with no consideration when they came home late. I barely got any sleep.

The hotel was fabulous! Was very clean! The bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was the hot water in shower. It took forever just to get warm enough to take a shower without freezing.

This hotel is great, it’s clean, the staff are very nice, the breakfast is good, normal BW breakfast, but no eggs, I expect no eggs because someone else had posted it on a review, it didn’t hurt my feelings that there were no eggs. The beds are memory foam and very firm, not like regular super soft hotel beds. It took a minute to get use to, but I slept fine, no back ache. I will definitely stay there again.
