Had to be moved to a different room after the first night due to the musty smell. A/C was not working correctly and putting out so much water that our hanging clothes in closet were wet. New room was better but not great. Carpet throughout hotel is very dirty. Would never stay there again.

Check in was quick the people were nice but you have a specific employee her name was Renee she did the breakfast and such in the morning she was an absolute pleasure she was so helpful and very kind you need more of her. The stay was good location was good. The room are good size but the showers while you shower the tub fills up with water thats not normal and should be addressed.

Staff not informative regarding shuttle scheduling. Small worms in the bathtub and on bathroom floor. Exhaust fan loud and useless. Had to double check door to make sure it closed and locked. Repeat visitor to this location, won’t return.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

We had a terrible experience with this hotel. We had reserved three rooms for a family trip. One had a broken air conditioning and it was the beginning of August. They did nothing to help. Another room had a foul odor like mold smell. We asked for an extra blanket or bedding in order to use the pullout bed in the room and we were treated terribly. We were told they don’t do that and then we were questioned on the amount of people in our room. We only had 4 like we had stated in our reservation. Too make matters worse we were over charged $100 per room on our card statement and had to call to get it fixed. They were very rude and very dishonest as well as not accommodating no at all. We were supposed to stay one more night but opted to lose the $400 because they refused to cancel our rooms that we were supposed to use 2 days later. I would NEVER reccomend this hotel to anyone. I have also lost my trust in hotels.com after being told one thing and not having it happen. They were not much help when we called and it was very hard to get in touch with a live agent. I am so frustrated after this trip.

Just so so

The room was fine but the beds could use new mattresses. Also, the air conditioning unit was just a register that I couldn’t control. One time it was freezing and then the next it was warm so I don’t know what they’re setting is, but it’s not something you can regulate. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which is irritating. Otherwise it was OK. I think it’s a little expensive for what you get.
