Clean rooms, friendly staff and close to the Grand Ole Opry. Its only 15 minutes from Broadway and tons of restaurants. I you have some extra time, take a ride out to the Loveless Cafe.

The window unit did not work, no heat, air, fan, nothing. The buttons did not work. I did not notice until late and I was about to lay down. I didn't want to be hassled trying to repack and go to another room. When I was checking out I told them it did not work. There was no apology or even acknowledging this was an inconvenience. They just said, thanks you are checked out.

The staff was all so friendly. Renee was especially sweet. The rooms were very clean and quiet. They even did house keeping every day, which ypu dont see anymore. Location was wonderful

I enjoyed my stay. It's a very quite hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Especially the young lady that does the morning breakfast. I almost cancelled my booking because of some negative ratings. I am glad I didn't. For the amount of the stay it's a great hotel. I have absolutely no complaints. I will stay there again.

The room is clean, just the right size for me and my husband. Plenty of parking spaces and is close to the places we visited especially the Opry. They have a nice & savory breakfast to choose from and the lady that’s managing the breakfast is nice and checking on the guest and she’s by herself and she was great with what she is doing.
