The only complaint I have is that when we were given the keys to get to our room sent to the elevator they did not explain how to use the elevator. We had trouble with that.

Perfect stay. Room was clean stylish and comfortable. The lobby had decent food options available for breakfast (only meal I ate in the hotel). Staff is super friendly.

The rooms are too small. You can hardly turn around in them. Also, I had to cancel 2 nights and gave a good reason why, and they would not refund me for those nights. Hotels even reached out to them to advocate for me with no luck. The staff who helped me when I said I had to cancel was so kind and said if Hotels contacted them with the reason, the charge would be refunded. Life happens and it wasn’t like those rooms were re-booked for someone else. I will never stay there again, how they treated my unique situation was unacceptable regardless of the “cancel” policy. There should be exceptions when the rooms were canceled for a justified reason

It’s a very nice facility with cute furniture and the layout of the room. I didn’t need, but there is no microwave if you want. There is a refrigerator, which is nice. And there are two tvs, which I think is not necessary, but some people may want to watch something different?? The bathroom has a motion-sensor light, which is very nice at night. Also, there is a machine on the fooor to dispense water and ice. The hotel is at a very convenient location. The staff is nice.

Nice property in good location. Lobby bar was nice & offered a great breakfast. Location is good except has station on corner is a hang out for loud cars & motorcycles so you’ll hear that at night.

Had to literally BEG to have our room serviced. Talked to about 5 people over the course of an entire day to just get towels and the beds made. Our sink was also broken in the room and it took over 24 hours just to get someone to drain it. When they finally cleaned the room, they only made one of the two beds....so odd. Hated it and hated the service
