Welcome to your Nashville retreat, perfectly situated in a charming residential neighborhood between 8th Avenue South and Downtown—ideal for your Music City adventure!
Layout:
This spacious home features a well-thought-out floor plan. On the first level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sunroom/living room, and three comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. The king bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second level offers a cozy landing and study area with a twin daybed, along with another king bedroom featuring an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Step outside to a large deck with seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Neighborhood:
Nestled in the quaint Berry Hill area, you'll be directly across from a park, close to multiple recording studios, and conveniently located near downtown with easy access to all major interstates.

Please be considerate of our lovely neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Enjoy your stay!
