This cool space used to be a 50's Motel that was converted to condos. A little bit of nostalgia, only 2+ miles to Downtown Broadway and 15 minutes from BNA Airport. It has a hip 50's retro vibe, safe neighborhood and walkable to Hattie B's Hot Chicken and some of Nashville's best restaurants and bars on 12 South.

Very cool spot. I’ll admit, I was a little unsure about a motel converted into a short-term rental—but this place was dialed in.Super clean room, comfortable bed, and surprisingly quiet. Everything felt well thought out.Location was perfect—easy 5-minute drive to downtown Nashville or about a 12 Uber. Plus, you’ve got everything you need nearby: liquor store down the block, Mexican spot across the street, breakfast place up the road, and a great little pub just a few blocks south.All around, a perfect place to stay. Thanks for hosting!
