All aspects of the home have been thoughtfully designed with ease + convenience in mind. Although parking is free, you don't need a car for this location. Many things are within walking distance as we are located in one of the most popular areas - 5 Points in East Nashville. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

ALL Pets must be approved in advance of booking. We have a $125 pet fee and do not allow animals to go on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit. No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

Host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Set of up the condo was great. Lots of room and open space. Sound machines were provided in the room and appreciated since it is located on a busier road. It was easy to locate and was easy to get to from out of town. And had an easy drive (2 miles) to Broadway. Appreciate the great stay!

Stayed there for a weekend with a group of guys for a football game at Nissan stadium. Location of the condo was perfect. About a 30 minute walk to the stadium. Had lots of good restaurants right nearby. Also is walkable to broadway but it’s a long walk. Ubers were cheap and much faster. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. Was the perfect size. Beds were also extremely comfortable as were the pillow which I almost always complain about when traveling. Also the host was easy getting in touch with and checked in throughout the stay to ensure everything was good. I highly recommend this to anyone thinking of visiting Nashville especially those in groups or with kids.

Jen’s place was perfect for our Bachelorette weekend. We had 6 adults and everyone was comfortable! The place was located right in the heart of east Nashville and had tons of walkable food and drinks. The Uber ride to downtown was quick and easy! The fully stocked kitchen was perfect for us.

If you are traveling to Nashville with a group I highly recommend this space. It is very nice, comfortable furnishings, and lots of room. It is in a great location, easy walking distance to lots of music venues and restaurants. We didn't have any issues to contact the host but we did have a question and they responded right away. We have stayed in other units in this complex but this one is the nicest by far. Will stay here again for sure.

Nashville Stay

Check in was easy enough. We got there at 4 and they were just finishing up cleaning so we had to wait a couple of extra minutes. No big deal. Kitchen is more of a kitchenette. We ate out and it was just enough to fix a quick breakfast. Great use of space. We had a total of nine people and we fit in nicely.

Beautiful Condo Close to Downtown

If you have a group of 4-8 people looking for a neat condo with a short Uber ride to Downtown, this is the place for you! It was very clean, cute, and a perfect fit for our Bachelorette group! It is close to the road, but the owners have conveniently provided white noise makers in every room which were super helpful! There are several restaurants within walking distance and everything we tried was so good! Highly recommend!

East Nashville gem. Perfect location

My favorite parts of this rental: parking situation was fantastic, it was on the first floor, which was great, easily walkable to some of the greatest bars and restaurants. The host really thought of a lot of small things that make us stay much better. White noise, machines in every room to drown out traffic was brilliant. Only downside of this was, I think the risk construction above us, but it was going all day and all night. Again the white noise machine helped with this. I would like to think it was construction and temporary. Less than a $12 Uber ride to Broadway. Walk to breakfast and cafés. I would highly recommend this area if you want to be where the locals eat and drink. Our family all was able to have their own bedrooms, and two bathrooms, which was a dream. The included coffee and sugar was a real game changer as well. Not many places do that and it was much appreciated. Great rental. We definitely would come back here.

Perfect Place For a Girls Getaway!!!

5 of us took a girls trip to Nashville for a Vikings Game and this was the perfect place. The entire process of booking, checking in/out was seamless The VRBO has plenty of beds and they are very comfortable. The 2 bathrooms is a bonus when traveling with 5 women.

NFL weekend

Had an amazing weekend at this condo! I went with my two sons and two brothers, and the unit was perfect for us. The 4 bedrooms conveniently located off the main living area and the 2 bathrooms were a huge plus. We came into town for an NFL game, and the location was ideal—walking distance to the stadium. It’s also a very affordable Uber ride to Broadway and the airport. We already making plans to visit again.

Everything we wanted plus more!

We enjoyed our stay in East Nashville. This condo was perfect for our family. The description given is spot on. Very comfortable and clean. We were able to walk to restaurants. Highly recommend Bar Taco and Snooze for breakfast. This condo was only a short Uber ride to Broadway. We would stay here again!!
