The front desk folks were so kind and personable. Check in was super easy. Our room was really nice, clean and zero issues. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Location was great. Honestly zero issues! I’m not a high maintenance person, but I definitely expect cleanliness, updated amenities and comfort and this place definitely ticked all those boxes.

We just stayed here one night and it was okay for that. Not the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at, but it definitely wasn’t anything that would keep us from staying again. We upgraded to an interior room when we got there which turned out to be really awesome because our room was just steps away from the pool area. I didn’t get in the pool but my husband and kids said it was too cold to swim in. There was a hot tub but the temp was right around 95° which is at the very least 5° colder than normal (but most hot tubs I’ve been in are around 102-104°). But anyway, a pretty good free breakfast in the attached bar that included scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, and I think potatoes too. Overall it was a good stay.

Recently stayed here for an in town wedding & let me tell you... this hotel was THE cleanest & freshest place I've stayed thus far & I've stayed in some hotels! The fresh smell & esthetics begin at the entrance & and go all the way to the rooms, which are spacious; they have hottub, heated pool and free hot breakfast they were super good and clean!! Staff was pleasant & helpful as well! I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever this way again. Thank you for such a lovely stay! ❤️

Our team stayed here and it’s our second time. We have a lot of kids and parents. The African American gentlemen at front desk was nice and very accommodating. The rooms are comfortable. The location is central To everything we can think of. Every year we stayed we ate at the restaurant and everything's so delicious here. Front desk manager has a great staff and you can tell that she cares. All 4 ladies during our stay was pleasant and can all make a meaningful. When they'll say it’s the best hotel in town, believe it. Kudos to Jenny and the girls.

I was in town for my brother's wedding. I booked at the Clarion because rooms were sold out everywhere because of a concert. The pictures make you think you’re going to a nice hotel, I was very much mistaken. Upon arrival, I noticed room doors outside, that was the first red flag. When I checked in the host was very friendly and assured me that they had great rooms. Heading to my room, there is a pool and hot tub in the middle of the floor inside the building. The water in the hot tub was brown and the pool looked unsafe to swim in. The elevators looked very shorty, I was actually scared. There was a scent of marijuana in the hallways as we passed the rooms. Once in our room, the toilet seat looked like it had been burned and the tub was very outdated. It was obvious that one of the beds had not been cleaned as the pillow cases smelled like someone’s musty arm pits. Leaving the room, we took the stairs, the carpet was very dirty and outdated. The people in the hallways were very loud and looked as if they were on something. I advise that you run away from this hotel unless you like dirty things and scary people. On the plus side the front desk worker was very nice.

The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Very elegant, fancy look .The rooms are clean, property also looks clean with wonderful smell. The front office people are nice. They have a great breakfast bar, the restraunt is very reasonably priced and the food is good. It has a spa, pool and hot tub that are all very nice. Being very close to everything, it is a short drive or walk to a ton of shopping and other fun things to do. Loved staying here and certainly plan to come and stay longer next time.

The hotel was a bit weird. Layout is so strange, but the hotel was just eerily quiet in this giant empty space. Didn’t see a lot of hotel employees at any time during our stay. Room was clean for the most part, but just overall was a dirty and dingy hotel in need of a major overhaul. Breakfast area was way weird with seriously limited options. Just wouldn’t stay here again.
